I've often reassured authors that responding months or years later to a comment you received is nothing to worry about because often the reader who receives the reply will return to the fic and reread it and enjoy it all over again.
I think I need to talk more about how wonderful it is to receive a comment on an old fic and reread my own writing because odds are very good that my fic is exactly the kind of thing I love to read and it's been long enough that I forget the details and get to enjoy it too.
If you've ever commented on one of my old works, I hope I've replied and told you what a treat it was to be reminded of my own story and share your excitement in reading it for the first time. 💗

the problem with reading and writing leading to a strong vocabulary is that you tend to know the vibe of words instead of their meanings.
if I used this word in a sentence, would it make sense? absolutely. if you asked me what it meant, could I tell you? absolutely not.
Omg omg omg!!! Anon from before here, I was so stoked to see you answer my ask! Depending on what kind of app you need, I may have a solution for you. My friend and I used to write a story together and made fake Twitter accounts for the characters in our story and it was soooooo fun. The app's called TwiNote, it's super useful!!! [I kept the app bc I wanted to look back on rhe fake tweets lol]
But if you can't find any other editing apps you may need [for like, fake iphone message gc's], I'd totes love to see your idea turned into a fic or even to just get the main idea!!! But I can so ask my friend to see what apps she used [she went ahead and made fake imessage texts for fun for another thing], and lyk if you want

I need to find a new app to use because the app I was using before changed its design and its total garbage now :((( so if I could find a new app maybe or just write it out as a fic instead, I would love to at least make a mini series or something. I was so excited for it !

writing reader inserts is so funny because it's like. yeah you would NOT say that but now you do and you're gonna enjoy it. it's inevitably pouring a part of you into this fic. it's describing your dissociative daydreams in overly detail to everyone searching specifically for food to feed their dissociative daydreams. it's coming up with a hundred different scenarios on how to get railed by your favorite 2D man and yeah his dick is always big and he wants you so badly. it's playing barbie with Y/N who is like an universal OC at this point. it's going on silly little adventures in my mind and taking you all with me. reader inserts i love you so much.
