Ooh fun, I love these. I’ll do one for all the possible Masters, but I’ll leave out Ryunoske since a Serial Killer with no catalyst wouldn’t summon Shakespeare.
Kiritsugu: The Magus Killer summoning Shakespeare instead of Saber changes the entire power dynamic of the War, and also potentially bones everyone when Kerry realizes the Grail is corrupted. Plausibly, Tokiomi summons Gilgamesh, Waver summons Iskandar, Kayneth could summon Saber Diarmuid, Kirei summons Hassan, Kariya still summons Lancelot (Berzerker) leaving one random Mage to summon the Lancer, or Ryunoske summons a Lancer like Liz or Vlad, someone who wouldn’t mind his extracurriculars. In theory, with a Caster who can only Enchant and who wants to watch the Grail War go down, Kiritsugu would be free to carry on as he pleases, only with Shakespeare along to try and get notes about what he’s doing. Because he doesn’t need to have Iri along to pretend to be Saber’s Master, she can stay behind and might not die, this could also spare Maya from Kirei, with Kiritsugu going on an epic MGS style campaign to assassinate the other Masters. It’s likely that the dominoes fall in the same spots as they did in F/Z Proper, except this time there’s no way to destroy the Corrupted Grail and Avenger burninates the world.
Jean Rum: The alternative is that Jean Rum summons Shakespeare like she did in Apocyrpha, except this time the two get to work together. It’s possible that there’ll be a Team Up with either Team Saber or Team Rider, but ultimately I don’t think the two would make it out alive, though it is possible Shakespeare might sacrifice himself to save his Master.
Kayneth: Riperoni Kayneth, though at least Shakespeare doesn’t have a magic mole to seduce your fiancé with. If Kayneth ends up with a Caster he’s going to be extra sneaky since Shakespeare is barely a Caster as it is. Which means the big man himself is going to be doing some heavy lifting. Either that or rage quitting.
Waver: Imagine Waver getting jebaited and stealing a catalyst for Shakespeare instead of Iskandar. This makes Waver’s Underdog Status even more perilous as the two wouldn’t be able to do much on their own. It also means Kayneth summons Iskandar himself and someone else gets a Lancer. It may also mean Kayneth’s Survival and Waver’s Death.
Tokiomi: There’s no way in Hell Tokiomi would screw up this bad.
Kirei: Not sneaky and backstabby enough.
Kariya: He might end up a little less crazy and refrain from getting baited by Kirei and Gil, but they’d be up a particular creek without a paddle. Even if they managed to claw their way to the finals, all is not going to end well, though their last act may be to defy Zouken and get Sakura as far away from Fuyuki as possible.

“...did...did your efforts yield discernible results?” Shakespeare asked, dumbfounded that Musashi would use the Holy Grail of all things to prepare food, but also that he was asking her if there was any difference. The Caster couldn’t help but marvel at how the Genius Swordsman made it so far in her life.

“There’s no need to insult me.” Shakespeare grumbled, giving the harpy a kiss on the cheek before backing up. “Satisfactory?”
“Are you sure you know what you’re doing?”
“I am confident, but not certain. Either way you may want to prepare yourself in case I am wrong.” Shakespeare stated, confidence in his face, but inside he was anything but. There was no guarantee they would walk away with the materials their Master needed, even less of a Guarantee that Victory would be quick. If they were lucky, combat would last only as long as it took them to deploy their Noble Phantasms, if not, then Shakespeare hoped he could at least stun the monsters to prevent any further harm.

Semiramis only sighed in exasperation over the Caster’s words. His flowery language combined with his cheeky attitude was a recipe for a headache. Sometimes, she didn’t understand why Amakusa kept him around. Here she was, reconstructing her hanging gardens, and with his incessant chattering and commentary on her progress. She would’ve killed him on the spot there and then, but Amakusa wouldn’t have appreciated that. Or at least he’d have heavily disapproved.
“Will you be silent for a while, Caster?” snapped Semiramis at him. “You’re breaking my concentration.”
“Apologies, Assassin, I just thought some background noise might help your mood.” Shakespeare said, his legs swinging from his seat. While he had promised to refrain from sowing discord and strife, at the same time, the Caster found himself bored out of his mind. There was little for him to do, and little else satisfying to observe and write about.
