Hi everyone! My big bang fic is finally here! It’s a Wuthering Heights au, and by far the longest thing I’ve ever managed, so you may need sustenance to get through it.

For the JSAMN Big Bang: illustrations to accompany @tearsofthemushroom​‘s fic An Honest Living! I wanted to do a triptych but also something tarot card-ish because, you know, it’s Childermass.

I am so excited to finally be able to post this! Written as part of the @jsamnbigbang, see here to look at the wonderful art the amazing @bookhobbit made to accompany it! (Warning, it’s possibly a bit spoilery so maybe take a look after you’ve read the fic)

This is a backstory for Childermass, telling the story of his life from his birth to the day he enters the service of Gilbert Norrell.

I know I promised I would have waited until at least Midnight, but amazing people are uploading amazing things, SO. This is my contribution to the Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell Big Bang, and, most of all, my homage to @catherineofwinchester Wuthering Heights!AU. Here’s my work, and here’s the link to the fanfiction which has inspired it. I would like to thank EVERYONE who partecipated to this project, with words and images and skills and with silent affection. You are ALL amazing and I am very happy to be part of this fandom.  To @catherineofwinchester; thank you for sharing your story with me. Your writing is beautiful and evocative. I hope I managed to convey part of the world you portrayed into these images. As you can see, I have  dedicated a whole aesthetic to Hannah. She fully deserves it, I guess.  To @pudentilla: we came up with the BB project together, but you did the most of the work because I am a pesaculo, so thank you for tolerating me. Ti voglio bene very much, we we Enzo pizza spaghetti.  To the JSMN fandom: thank you for being real. Sometimes I forget how lucky I am. 

The JS&MN Big Bang is upon us!  Thanks @jsamnbigbang for putting this together!  I will be posting my story chapter by chapter every other day because I just…can’t…bring myself to do it all at once even though it’s completed.

That big bang gift

PHEEEW, it’s been a wild ride! I finally managed to post my contribution to the @jsamnbigbang. It’s a gift work for @ohveda, inspired by her story Mr Segundus Makes a Pledge which should be read before it. It’s a wonderful story, and it was a pleasure to work for a writer as generous and insightful as Veda. Every day of working on this was full of excitement and I’m SO SAD it’s done!
