I personally think there is no such thing as true love without heartbreak. 💔 and no, not necessarily because of unrequited love. I say this from experience. anyone else is welcome to add their own 2 cents~

At the beginning of his military duty, he endures a notoriously grueling five-week basic training program. “
every male citizen in south korea is required by law to complete between 21 - 24 months of mandatory military service between the ages of 18 - 35.
It is looked at as an extremely honourable thing for a korean man to do in korea and is known as a ‘rite of passage’ for young korean men who are transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. although, nowadays for a korean man it’s seen more as a ‘thing they have to do’ than a patriotic duty,
It is very hard to qualify for exemption, but you can if you have a medical condition which would interfere with your military training. you can also be exempt from service if you hold a dual-citizenship and give up your korean one. although if you do that, it would be difficult to get your korean citizenship back in the future as it’ll be evident why you initially did it and it wouldn’t look good.
It’s not easy, it’s quite the challenge and you won’t see your family and friends very often. I hope I answered alright lol. :)

from what I know, they’re not allowed to take their mobiles phones in with them.
I think @bigbanglikes seemed to have seen those likes late. all the posts which top ‘recently’ liked are more than 2 days old -- before he entered service.

today, top is entering mandatory military service. he will be serving from now until [estimated] november 2018, so he will be almost completely out of the public eye during.
I will keep him in my thoughts always and hope he stays healthy. ♡♡♡
I can’t promise anything because of my personal life and a lot will change for me whilst top is serving, but I will try to keep this blog active for as long as I can. ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ –
