also the themes and points around motherhood in this episode were so beautiful. when dusik said "she's fulfilled her role as a wife and a mom, but what about herself?", i cried.

where does a person end, and a mother begin? i think about this so much with my own mother. i realized i don't know a lot about my mom's life before she became my mom, but she lived a life for many years before i came. i want to spend more time getting to know her as a person too, while i can.

there is a very beautiful book called please look after mom by shin kyungsook that speaks more to this feeling. i highly recommend it, it's an incredibly moving piece of literature!
