Did you play Blades 2? Book two is wrapping up next week.

I have been playing. Definitely didn’t like it as much as I liked book 1, but the most recent chapters have been pretty good.

This is very detailed (there are more screenshota to come) and I stand by my theory that Luke leaving the leadwriter role was why RoD2 got scrapped because there is a lot of detail in this.

A/N: Redownloaded Choices for BOLAS2, which has been disappointing. But Immortal Desires I really enjoyed! So I need to get this ficlet idea out of my head.

Cas is a little startled when Gabriel Adalhard suddenly takes a seat beside him on the abandoned bleachers. This is usually where Cas and Parker meet up after school. He’s not thrilled that it looks like Golden Boy is going to intrude on the little one-on-one time Cas gets with her.

Parker still hasn’t been able to choose between them, which is definitely starting to bruise Cas’ ego. But he’s not going to back off and just let Gabe have her, so looks like he'll be forced to deal with his rival for as long as Parker forces him to.

“Are you going to prom?” Gabe asks, avoiding eye contact. The straight-edge class president is clearly a little embarrassed.

Cas raises a pierced brow. “…Are you asking me to prom?”

Gabe bristles, meeting Cas’ gaze with an irritated glare. “No.” He insists emphatically. “I want to ask Parker to prom. But not if it’s going to be some...weird three-way date.”

THIS. THIS is why I’m so picky and choosy and bitchy about the quality of work Pixelberry has been pumping out over the past year and a half. Because I know how good they can be. The storytelling, the meticulous lore and world building, the action, the drama, the cliffhangers, the friendship and romance, this is what people have been begging and pleading so loudly for!

The first chapter of BoLaS was excellent and exceeded all my expectations for where the story would take us. Bravo.
