How about Tav not realizing Astarion is flirting with her for real? Like she thinks he's kidding? So she flirts back, harder and as lewd as him.

One day, he's a bit too forward with his flirting, really trying to get her attention. Now, Tav sees that he actually wants her, since it's so frustrating to him.

Him blocking her way until she chuckles, grabs him by his belt/waistband, pulling him toward her with a, "My dearest vampire, you would not survive my devotion."
