hello you sexy little freaks

i recently made a multi-muse blog that includes all the nation muses that i’ve had (tumblr blogs for) over the years.  naturally, that also includes kyle.  you can find it at @historicalveins​.

i don’t think i’m leaving this blog entirely juuust yet.  i’ll be checking in here every now and then for the foreseeable future (i am also very fucking attached to this url tbh).  with that being said, however, i am moving all of kyle’s current drafts over to the new blog and all new threads will be started over there, too.  i will be keeping this blog up henceforth for archiving purposes.  the same goes for my other active nation blogs.

those of you who have known me a while will recognise some of the other muses included on my new blog.  please, go check it out, and follow me there instead.  :>

Alfred catches up to the boy, and swipes him off the tree with no warning. “Not what we agreed to, buddy. I said you could climb the tree, not that you could do it without shoes. Arthur will kill me if you got caught.” His voice is serious, quite used to wielding a father-like voice at this point. But contrary to his words, he simply lifts the boy and plops him on the first branch with a smile. His tone falls back to playfulness. “But I suppose today’s a special day. And I don’t care to smell your feet.” 

Christian gasps as he’s plucked from the tree and chided.  He’s ready to put on his best “kicked puppy” expression, expecting a lecture, but he’s once again surprised when he’s lifted to the tree’s lowest branch instead.  He grins impossibly wide, shifting so that his feet are on the branch as he holds it with both hands, squatting like a young predator ready to pounce.      ‘I like the feeling of stuff ‘tween m’toes,’ Christian explains with the eloquence expected of an eight-year-old, his accent thicker without Arthur around.  ‘The ground’s alive, y’know.  And this tree!  It’s good to touch ‘em with ya feet.’      After sharing his little piece of childish wisdom, Christian gets ready to scale the rest of the tree, grunting as he pulls himself up onto the next branch.      ‘Are you good at climbing, sir?!’ Christian asks, calling down to Alfred.

Alfred loves that. It makes Kyle very kissable in that moment, and Alfred is a little in awe of how easily the other man inspires that. “- me either.” He smiles and the hand in his hair slides to the back of the head, bringing Kyle’s lips to his own; tender, sweet, and slow, how he fucking adores this man in all the softest ways. 

While Kyle mostly meant his statements literally, he gets the implications they could easily suggest as well.  He’d be lying if he said he didn’t know that as he said them.  Despite understanding that, Alfred’s reciprocal statement still makes Kyle’s heart flutter and his breath catch in his throat as if caught off-guard.  He kisses Alfred back, but there’s some hesitance, his lips not holding the same surety as usual.  His cheeks feel hot when he finally pulls away.      ‘I wouldn’t want to outstay my welcome,’ Kyle murmurs, deciding that he feels safer behind sentences with double meanings.

I haven’t engaged with Hetalia (should i? where do I start send help) but I still love having you on my dash and i find Kyle HILARIOUS and gloriously aussie. if you ever do want to play the game! I can log u into my ps4 acct or i will literally buy it for you, heck me if i don’t need a physical copy anyway. YOU’RE SO MUCH FUN TO HAVE AROUND TOO
