So many people do not understand the relationship between climate change and cold weather.

If you see this post it is important to send it to someone else so they too can understand

People hardly ever change their minds in front of you...the conversation becomes one of a series of slow drips that builds up to a realization

Gonna b honest. A lot of hot ppl go to art museums. I’m one of them

im 2 ugly they won’t let me in

that and my shirt that says “i eat oil paintings when security guards aren’t looking”

Listen i understand this is a surreal joke, but like i cant stop imagining qhat would happen if u actually showed up to a major art museum with that shirt. Like not a tiny art museum. What would happen if you showrd up to the Met Museum of Art wearing a shirt that said “i eat oil paintings when security guards arent looking”? They cant just ignore it. But like, are they gonna deny you entry over what is clearly a joke shirt. Do they have u wayched. Its 2 am and i need to

We're gonna see the nicki minaj x ben shapiro collab this year and there's nothing any of us can do to stop it. I don't know which horseman were on at this point but it can't be good

I'm afraid were gonna have to take this all the way back to gamergate

  • Gamergate spawns anti feminist movement that leads to a new wave of reactionary online figures like Ben Shapiro
  • Backlash against this creates a pop feminist marketing aesthetic that's used by artists like Beyonce and Taylor swift
  • Response to pop feminism creates a cultural economy that expands the reach of hyper online far right politics
  • Leads to the election of Trump who further boosts the reach of online right wing figures
  • The continued growth of pop feminism in media creates the groundwork for new female artists like Cardi and Megan to become some of the biggest artists
  • Nicki gets angry at new cultural landscape where she is not the undisputed biggest female rapper and starts having twitter meltdowns every few months
  • Megan gets shot by tory lanez and it further polarizes people as feminists defend Megan and misogynists move further right and start budding up more to the Joe Rogan crowd
  • Megan drops a line calling out nicki for defending multiple predators including her husband
  • Nicki does her thing and Ben shapiro joins in doing a song with Tom Macdonald remembering how much attention the WAP bullshit got him
  • nicki x ben shapiro collab

*moves the doomsday clock to 11:59*

“𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬?” 𝐈'𝐦 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞!!! Beloved British actor John Inman as the irrepressible Mr. Humphries, Wendy Richard as Miss Brahms and Trevor Bannister as Mr. Lucas in the Are You Being Served? episode entitled The Father Christmas Affair, originally broadcast by the BBC on December 24th, 1976. One of the best known Britcoms of its era, Are You Being Served? ran from 1972 until 1985 and spawned a feature film in 1977 as well as a TV revival featuring most of the original cast entitled Grace and Favour (aka: Are You Being Served Again! in North America) in 1992-93. Popular around the world, Inman’s portrayal of Mr. Humphries was groundbreaking in the way lgbtq+ characters were featured in mass media. Though the character was often described on the show as being “neither here nor there” with regard to his sexuality, it was very heavily implied by the show’s writers that he was, in fact, gay. Inman, who was gay in real life, ran with it and played Mr. Humphries in the most outrageously camp and flamboyant manner possible. One of the reasons Are You Being Served? stands out today is that the character was accepted and respected by his co-workers at the London department store the show was set in, a positive and progressive stance for a television series in the 1970s and 1980s when lgbtq+ characters were vastly under-represented (if not invisible) and were too often depicted as figures to be scorned or made fun of. Mr. Humphries, fiercely, confidently and unabashedly, just was who he was, and John Inman’s memorably over-the-top portrayal became a vital part of the show’s enduring success and popularity.

What the AP photo story neglected to show was that this garden is in memory of Bassem Abu Rahmah, killed by Israeli forces with a tear gas to the chest in 2009 in Bil’in. The garden was planted and is maintained by Bassem’s mother.
