“Well now we are kiss each other people,” Joey shrugged as if this was casual and not a very strange new development in their dynamic. “As long as you don’t call me someone else’s name, I really don’t care,” she half joked.
Joey couldn’t help but laugh lightly, finding this whole thing a little hilarious. “Sorry,” she said, pulling away from him for a moment. “You’re doing fine, this is just funny, right?” she questioned, wanting confirmation that this whole thing was a bit silly and it wasn’t just her.
“That was a mouth typo,” he explained as though the words ‘mouth typo’ where common place before shaking his head at her request. “Are you sure?” he asked. “I mean, I could get really sexy with it. Go with something like Gertrud, Ursala, Helga,” he listed out trying to think of the worst most unsexy names possible.
He went back into kiss her but she quickly pulled back in laughter and he couldn’t help laugh himself though. “It is funny,” he agreed. “But thanks for letting me know you’re not laughing at my kissing,” he told before letting out another small laugh.
“Did you just brag about knowing big words?” Jax asked, brows raised at Cosette. “And you wonder why nobody thinks your cool– and before you try to counter, your parents thinking you’re cool doesn’t count.” He rolled his eyes. “No offense, Cosette, but I’m not really looking to impress you with a good time.”
“To be precise, it was truly more an attempt of insulting your lack of attained knowledge over the years as opposed to a brag but either works I suppose,” she said as though she was still considering the last portion as she stated it but then nodding as she realized she did agree with the sentiment she produced. She rolled her eyes as he added on the part about her parents thinking she was cool and caught herself before she made clear she certainly didn’t believe they in fact did, realizing at the last second that would ultimately be a ‘dis’ on herself. “There’s nothing wrong with being intellectual. Understanding what other people are saying is quite nice- but I’m sure that would be a difficult concept for you to grasp. Pity your parents spent all that money on wasted schooling,” she added. She did make a face though when he claimed he didn’t want to provide her with a good time though. As much as she claimed to hate his asshole-ish ways sshe couldn’t deny the fact she also found him devilishly handsom. There was a reason that term existed after all, good guys just didn’t quite have the same charm. “I can be fun you know, provided the right situation.”

Harrison did as he was told, dramatically looking around the library, a smirk growing on his face at her words. “Oh, I most definitely came to this table to torment you,” He agreed. “I didn’t come to the library to achieve that, but it was a happy upside.” He crossed his arms on the table, flashing her a smile. “I forget you fail to have social interaction and only meet guys in books,” he countered. “Let me be the first to tell you, fictional means fake.”
Cosette rolled her eyes as obviously as possible wanting him to see it when. “I’ll have you know I’ve interacted with plenty of guys and they’ve been quite real,” she added.

Despite the plethora of parties available to him on campus, KC had a strict off campus parties rule, should the party get broken up by campus police and the whole ordeal end with him being suspended from the basketball team. Either way, he ended up getting kicked out of the party by someone or another for “disorderly conduct”, a phrase the boy simply scoffed at before stumbling out the doors and wandering away on foot through the neighborhood. Even in his inebriated state, there were certain things he was still aware of, like his own inability to drive back to his apartment given his current state. He had plenty of friends who lived nearby and he found himself wracking his brain for any of their addresses, his phone long dead, to find one who would allow himself to crash with them until he was sober enough to drive home. He was sure he remembered a girl he knew lived in one of these apartment buildings, though he wasn’t sure which, and when he spotted a girl in a window, he figured he’d take the risk, picking up a pebble from the ground near him to toss up at the window. It took him a couple tries and a couple separate pebbles before he actually managed to make contact “But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks?” he shouted up to her, the words slurring together somewhat, but the quote itself at least coming out accurately, and hopefully carrying into the apartment. “It is the east, and Juliet is the sun,” he continued, stretching his right arm out towards her, making the scene dramatic, as if he really was playing Romeo in a production of Romeo and Juliet.

Cosette wasn’t much for going out. Perhaps she would be if it were not for her lack of friends but that was another story, what was relevant was that tonight she was sitting in her bay window reading a novel when she herd a ‘ping’ that caused her to look up and over. Seeing a boy who was seemingly speaking she opened the window so she could hear his words. She let out a small laugh stricking her head out of the window when she finally understood what he was doing. “O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo?” she answered knowing there was much more that came before that on his side but actually wanting to play along with the complete stranger. It probably helped that he was handsome and seemingly around her age.

Jacob raised his eyebrow, confused as to why the girl would do something she didn’t want to when she was clearly given an out. “Had to repeat my senior year and my parents thought doing it in person might be better than online,” he shrugged. Because starting a new school as a nineteen year old was clearly the way to make friends.
“Why are you repeating your seinor year?” Avery asked unsure if she actually wanted the answer and hoping he wasn’t some idiot prankster who got suspended for misconduct.
