I get its only a 30 second teaser but if you look deeper you’ll understand why I think of it this way. Feel free to disagree but this is from how I see it:

YG knows how to milk this. MADE was supposed to be released in 2015. And yet here we are, in June 2016 and there’s no final MADE album. Instead of YG giving us the final album we have him shipping them off to fanmeets. It’s great that they get to meet fans. But they’re worn out. 

They could’ve released the album on time but it was pushed back due to all of these schedules. MADE has been dragged on for a year. The impact of it is gone. It’s not there. If they release the album people will get excited but the impact won’t be the same. Alongside this, it’s their last year as a group before enlistment starts. The pressure is 100% because not only are VIPs anticipating this but people are waiting to call it a flop.

By the looks of it he doesn’t look very happy about it all. He’s worried for how this is going to turn out. Watch the video again and you see he’s basically about to cry. It’s like so much pressure on a group. Like, people are anticipating this album and they continue to do so. And for him to not feel it’s up to peoples standards shows a lot.
