             “Fair enough.”

Clara chimed, giggling lightly as an addition. Space falls… Well, it had an interesting name to it anyway, and it definitely made her curious at any rate.

       “Right, with no water. So what are the ‘falls’ of,         then? And all right. Warm weather or hot weather         or whatever. Doing it.”

She sounded bored, but that was simply to tease him a little. She knew well enough how to wind him up,  and she was certainly excited about it.

She flashed a smile at him before she went into the corridors, heading to the wardrobe to change.

      “Starlight! Well, that’s what they say.        S’pose it’s more appealing that way.        It’s actually just pieces of their moon        being pulled into their atmosphere        and lit up like a christmas tree by the        twin suns. But where’s the fun in that?”

He babbling, running around the console pulling levers and hitting buttons excitedly. Only stopping to spin on the spot and waggle his finger in her face.

       “I’m serious, Clara! Twin suns! The         heat could give Florida a run for         its money. They’re not exactly kitted         out for simple humans you know.”

      ❝ Oh, ❞ she scoffed in mock-anger, her       mouth hanging as wide as was physically       possible without making her laugh. ❝ So       you not only disrespect my wishes of only       traveling once a week —— but you also       show up KNOWING i shouldn’t go. ❞ 

               Of course she couldn’t even pretend to                be angry with him for too long. Clara                rolled her eyes of their sarcasm and                allowed herself to smile again. ❝ What                do you suggest? ❞

 She hadn’t told him off yet, so he was  guessing he was still in her good graces.  With that in mind he bumped her shoulder  with his. "I'm not hearing a no." He teased,  flicking his tongue out childishly. 

          “Quick trip. I can drop you off             seconds after you’ve gone,             nobody will ever know.” He             paused dramatically. “Or, I             could help you with whatever             you’re meant to be doing?“

       Clara broke into a smile, wiggling a finger at        him.  ❝ You missed me, ❞  she chimed in a        girlish giggle. It couldn’t have been that long        since his last Wednesday, she surmised. If        it was just an excuse to draw attention away        from her toaster she’d get her revenge.

                ❝—— I missed you too, ❞ she admitted.                    ❝ But I can’t go anywhere today. Well, I                                                    shouldn’t anyway. ❞

Oh she was definitely enjoying this. She was turning into a right big tease in her old age. And he was so glad he hadn’t said that out loud. He laughed, flashing her a lopsided grin as he stepped into her personal space to put an arm over her shoulders.

       “ ‘course I missed you. Wouldn't keep         coming back otherwise, would I?“ He         stated seriously. “Shouldn’t but will, I         like to think I know by now, Clara."

“Space falls? Definitely sounds great, yeah, and do you really have to ask?” She teased, offering him a smile while she walked closer. “’ve been dyin’ for some adventure.”

  “Just thought I’d be polite. I do that sometimes.”

He chuckled, fixing his bowtie in triumph. Happy that she approved of today's choice. Although to be fair, space falls would probably attract most peoples attention.

  “But yes, space falls. Kinda like water falls but with    no water, and in space. What’s not to love? Now    come on, in you go. And dress for warm weather.    Don’t want you dying of heat stroke.”

He pulled her into the tardis as he spoke, wildly gesturing with his free hand as he babbled. Already far over excited about such a simple trip.
