Is it me, or has the Hamilton fandom gone silent?

For the past few days, nobody has been posting much for hamilton. It’s all just been the same old things. A lot of people are leaving the fandom. So could I ask you all a favor? If you’re still an avid resident of the Hamilton fandom, could you reblog this so I know whose still here?

So, um, I have whamlaf on the brain, and I would like to submit this sequel for your consideration: It’s been a few years. Hamilton is still very much in Washington’s power, and pretty much resigned to staying there. There are perks. He’s still young but he’s become very cynical and has done some shady shit on Washington’s behalf (maybe he’s well on his way to being Washington’s unnofficial fixer. Maybe his ties to some criminals comes in handy. Maybe he was a honeypot. Whatever.) And then Washington takes an interest in Lafayette. (Is Ham jealous? idk) Laf isn’t too much younger than Ham, but he’s so sweetly naive, not like Ham, who has no innocence left. But of course, though he’s alone Laf isn’t as vulnerable as Ham was, because he’s a minor celebrity as a young heir. Washington expects Ham to groom Laf for him, and find some way to control him if the need arises. And Ham stopped worrying about morals a while ago, but this is different. He can’t help but like Laff. His deeply conflicted FEELINGS are not much helped by how eager Laf is to hop into their web. It’s so easy. He doesn’t know what to do.

my story, The Big Boom, takes place in the span of a single day, which is the day of the funeral of Candice’s best friend Sarah. there, she meets Sarah’s ex, Christopher, and together they come to terms with their lingering feelings for Sarah, both before and after she died, and their own internal conflicts that Sarah’s suicide forces them to confront.

I’m writing “And adventure in the sky “ (tittle subject to change) A series of ten short stories set in the early days of aviation where Charlie, experienced bi plane pilot finds Finn, mechanic in the city and teaches him to fly. Meanwhile figuring out a plot and attempting to take down an industrial company in the process of buying out their village. They will meet long lost friends and lovers while coming to terms with the choices that lead them to where they are now. Each short story will explore a different aspect of private aviation, from the general law of the sky to how to survive accidentally flying into a thunderstorm

Ooh, I love planes. I think I would read that. (Assuming you’re writing this because you like planes, have you read Code Name Verity? It’s one of my favorites.)

For the Love of Christmas starts at college right before Christmas break, when Jocelyn (who wants her mom to shut up about potential boyfriends) meets Eddie (who wants to experience a level of Christmas celebration he hasn’t since his parents divorced). Faking a relationship over Christmas seems like the perfect solution for both. But Eddie’s behavior might be more than acting. Jocelyn’s sister might be more than a little suspicious. And Jocelyn might be distracted by the high school crush she never entirely got over.

Don’t have a name yet (those are always last to come for me) but essentially:

Alexander Hamilton and Gilbert de Lafayette are starting their first year of college as roommates. George Washington is planning on a normal, mundane year teaching U.S. History to a bunch of bored students. But when Alexander and George wind up drunk at the same club right before the start of the school year, things get a little more interesting.

George Washington is a successful lawyer, a widower, and a proud father to two brilliant sons, Alexander and Gilbert. He believes they’re an open, honest family despite the distance that life and work and college has wrought between them.

But his boys have a secret, one that threatens to tear their already hurting family apart—
