Parmenidh Library set / Recolour
Good design will never be out of fashion. Not in a thousand years.
This set of six recolours started because I wanted to do some stuff for my (upcoming) ancient Greek library. But woriking on it, I realised that most of it also would look good in other time periods, even in a contemporary setting. Well, maybe not the papyrus scrolls… 😊
Details and download under the cut.
TINY COUNTERS AND ISLANDS BY STEFIZZI
The Brownstone Collection - Part One
This set comprises of 21 items for the kitchen of your gorgeous New York Brownstone. The main focus of this month was to create a kitchen with clean minimal lines, and to take a few risks along the way. I knew that to achieve this sleek look, built in appliances were a must. There is a built in fridge that looks just like the tall wall cabinet, dishwasher, stove, oven & hob. Creating built in appliances comes with its owns set of challenges as appliances use a different shader in the game to counters, so they will never fully match, no matter what I do. Unfortunatley I can’t apply the counter shader to appliances as it can’t be used for an item with moving parts :( So I’ve used all the same texture and colours on the appliances, but also a series of metals, if the mismatch makes your eyes twitch.
NOTE: The stove, oven & hob slot into counters unlike the in game stoves. However you’ll need to make sure you have auto counters off when placing, otherwise they are invisible. If you do use autocabinets, you only need to turn off to place them, they will stick around once auto counters are turned back on. But on a personal note…please never use auto counters, especially not with my kitchens that I’ve designed end pieces for 🙏
The bespoke shaped 3 piece kitchen island has been designed to fit either to be a prep space, fit in the new seamless sink or countertop hob into the middle section. It is not designed to slot in any of the other appliances and your regular appliances will poke out of the bottom.
There are tons of swatches in the counters and as a result I actually had to divide into 2 seperate counters. There are wood, paint and plaster options for the counter fronts and a choice of white marble, black marble, terrazzo and also matching plaster for the plaster front counters.
💡TIP: If your screen is a low resolution & the couter pieces run off the side of your screen, you’ll want to try playing around with the filters to move the counters further to the r/h side of the catalogue ie. filtering by colour or pack. I think thats everything for now, I’ll let you discover all the rest on your own ENJOY!!

Present number 2 of 5: wardrobe clutter!
– Deco clothing, extracted from the maxis clothes racks. includes recolours by withlovefromsimtown, Fanseelamb, and Liz. They're no slaved, but you can copy-paste recolours of the clothes racks on to these.
– Dicreasy's shoeboxes recoloured in several plain colours, so they can work in periods other than the victorian era.
– @keoni-chan's extracted suitcases slaved, with Recolours by Keoni, DGandy, Evi, Amaryll, Fractured Moonlight and Davina.
All meshes are included, the clothes have random GUIDs and the suitcases keep their original GUIDs - so make sure they overwrite the originals.

Last Christmas gift from me this year:
The Tiny Twavellers set by Felixandresims & Harrie for TS4, converted for TS2 by me!
Edit: Sorry, but Harrie has informed me that I am not allowed to share these, I do apologize!

Criquette's Architecture deco made shiftable - These lovely pieces are from @criquette-was-here's wonderful Feverfew, but they weren't shiftable, so you could only use them with the included windows and doors. I've fixed that, so now they shift up and down to fit any windows and doors!
However, I had to remove the shadow meshes to get this work - so they no longer have shadows - sorry! I've left the names the same, so let these overwrite Criquette's originals.

Today's my birthday... so I'm giving everyone a present!
More conversions from TS4: these storage cubbies are by Ravasheen!
- The storage inserts can be placed in the shelves, and the shelves stacked, allowing for custom configurations. There is also a matching OFB cube shelf, which works like the maxis version.
- The inserts are cloned from the record store milk crates by @m0xxa and @shastakiss. the small shelf repo’d is to OFB shelf, so you'll need that bigger shelf in your game for the small ones to show up. The Shelves are found under Surfaces -> Shelves or Surfaces -> Misc in game.
- All inserts are repo’d to the art insert, and are found in Deco -> Misc, except the empty one, which is in Surfaces -> Misc. This has a slot so you can put objects in it!
- Thank you very much to @hugelunatic for fixing the OFB shelf.

Look what I made! I've always wanted squares panes like these on the bay window, and the other day I realised I could just recolour the glass subset of the window - aren't they so much nicer than maxis' swirly designs? The wooden frame is a recolour by shasta by the way; I only recolored the glass. Download them here: http://www.simfileshare.net/download/2728115/
