This is my self-Indulgent Fate (and probably Type Moon) sideblog where I post about Fate and things relating to my Fate OC(s) (including reblogs that may not be Fate/TM but are for character aesthetics).

Expect to see OCxCanon and OC shenanigans. I make stuff I want and makes me feel good while also posting what I like. I love talking about them and head cannoning with others so if you're interested in that, shoot me an ask or message! I try to keep the blog PG13 but beware of the occasional 18+ talk or content. And Takeru takes up our last slot! Thank you so much to everyone who submitted characters for this! Naturally I couldn't get to all of them, but maybe I will for future pieces.

This was really fun to do, and helped force me out of my comfort zone a little. I might do it again sometime, so if you want to catch that when it happens feel free to drop me a follow.

i love that the fgo community has, at large, made a lot of "Oberon missing a partner who never even existed" angst because he is absolutely driven by resentment and the despair of being conceptualized as a pair but manifesting alone-- but also he is first and foremost a hater and if he saw this he would be so unspeakably pissed

we...

  1. made him out to be a romantic sap (he is but literally doesnt get the opportunity to be that thing so it pisses him off to be reminded that he cant be what he is)
  2. keep being like "aww poor guy hes just alone :((" (he hates being pitied)
  3. portray him as happy when with someone who doesnt exist (just because it would be true doesnt mean you can say that)

I  finished Knightfall last year and am about to finish reading my book about them and then suddenly he is brought forth as a character in FGO.

A strong feeling overcame me to draw him. To think that I had a long art block spell for months.
