Gasp! Zero knew that familiar sound! She turned to look over at the egg that was resting on a soft cushion, and she noticed small cracks starting to form.

The egg was hatching!

The mother Guzzlord hurried to get some fresh towels to clean the baby once it fully hatched. She only stopped for a brief moment to let her kids know and to send a quick message to Rico. Once everything was ready and set in place, Zero and her kids patiently watched as the baby Pokémon gradually got themselves out of the egg.

The Pokémon was a rather odd little thing. Zero had never seen one like it before! It looked sorta like a human baby... but purple! She carefully scooped the Pokémon up with a towel and began to gently wipe them clean. “You’re a cute little one! I wonder what kind of Pokémon you are... You’re definitely not one from Alola. Maybe a new region?” Zero, now curious, took a quick photo of the new Pokémon and sent it to Rico. Maybe he would know what kind it was!

What is Zero up to now? Taking care of the egg and chore time! The mother Guzzlord carried the egg around in a little carrier while she did some housework with the babies.

Said babies would occasionally stop and waddle up to Zero and ask if the egg was hatching yet. This time it was Lydia that took a little break and let out a quiet squeak to get her mother’s attention. “Ma? Hatch yet? Hatch?”

Zero chuckled and shook her head. “Not yet, sweetheart. I know you guys are excited for your new brother or sister, but babies take time to hatch. You three and Rico will be the first to know when it happens.” She crouched down and picked up the young Dialga to give her a little smooch on her forehead. “Now go finish up with your chores and then we can have some snacks together, okay?”

“Ya! Ya! Okay!” Lydia hopped down and went back to picking up her toys, but not before telling her brother and sister that the egg hasn’t hatched yet. At least they cheered up when snack time was mentioned, and soon enough the cleaning was done. Time for snacks!

“Found this little egg on the side of the path I take for my afternoon walk. The human scent was very faint, and I couldn’t just leave it there. I wonder what it’ll hatch into... Well whatever it ends up being, I’ll be the best mom for this precious baby!”

While the sinners are out, the local dragon mom is looking for new clothes. Cover up you heckers.

Zero’s “the witch is in distress” senses are tingling

Today is a good day!

It was a quiet day in Zero’s home, and the babies were having a peaceful nap while momma went on a quick trip to the store. Everything was perfectly fine and dandy...

Until....

The familiar click of the door lock could be heard, and Zero quietly stepped in with a few bags in tow. She had... a bit of a mischievous look on her face. “Oh Lydiaaaa~ Little princess! I got something for you!”

The baby Dialga opened her eyes and began to stretch. Just what did momma bring? Must be something good if she’s calling her name. Maybe a new book for her to read! Lydia got up and happily trotted over to Zero. “Ma! Hi! Gift? Bring gift?”

“Hehehe! Why yes I did! Got you something that will help on a rainy day!” Zero reached into one of the bags and pulled out a set of booties. “Ta-da! These are gonna help keep your feet dry and clean when it rains. Now let’s see how they’ll look on you~” She took the small Dialga into her arms and began to put the booties on her feet.

Oh... Oh no... Lydia did not like this one bit! No sir! Baby time dragon says no to shoes! She let out a tiny hiss and flailed a bit. Unfortunately for her, Zero was too quick and had already put the booties on her. It only got worse when she was put back down on the ground. Nope! They feel too weird! Off with the shoes! Lydia growled and tried to shake them off. “Maaa! No! Bad! No like!”

Zero couldn’t help but chuckle as she took out her phone to record what was happening. “It’ll be okay, sweetie! You’ll get used to wearing them. Remember what I said about them keeping your feet clean when it rains? That means no more icky mud!”

At this point Lydia preferred the icky mud. She huffed and flopped onto the floor, having given up her little fight... for now.

Oh no! Is gapa okay?! Lydia has been given a great concern, and the little time dragon let out soft squeaks. “Gapa? Gapa.... Okay?”

Gasp! It’s Gapa Coco! She missed seeing him! Lydia wiggled herself out of the box she was in and waddled over to Colress. “Hi! Hiiii! Gapa!”

A wild Lydia has appeared! The guardian of boxes shall blep all the baddies away!

Just what has the dragon family been up to? Trick-or-treating of course! Zero had taken her kids out to get some candy, and the triplets were dressed up as butter mochi squares.

With the night now over, the family settled down in their home and were snacking on a few pieces of candy (after having checked them) Zero turned on the tv and flipped through the channels until she found the one that was showing kid-friendly Halloween specials. The current show featured a lady dressed like a Mismagius and her monster friends as they helped a young girl get revenge on her cousin for spooking her.

As the show was nearing the end, Zero and her kids began to doze off. All four huddled together on the sofa and slowly drifted off to sleep. Jellybean and Granita took notice of this, and they padded over to the bedroom to retrieve a blanket and draped it over the dragon family so they wouldn’t get cold. Once their task was done, both Pokémon nestled beside the sofa and they too fell fast asleep.
