I’m asked a lot what do I do for cardio. This is something that help with keeping your heart rate up. 15-20 count front,back and both sides. I do this six times On a 5-7 incline for 30 mins. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ if you are not a coordinated individual this is not for u lol 😂 ~ Micki Freeman

Not losing as much as I want. But this week was not easy when it came to keeping track of my workout program, so this is to be expected lol. I will incorporate a lot of jump roping into my routine because it makes me feel like a bad ace.
Bright side, I haven’t had ANY sweets for the month of January! And even though I’m not where I want to be goal wise, I feel more confident. In three/four months time, imagine the possibilities. :)

So. I fell off the wagon. No bueno. So I’m going to try again! I’ve taken notice of my mistakes and will combat them this time. Consistency is key. I will be consistent this time. :) I can do this.

Man oh man oh man oh man oh man. Yesterday I was not feeling it. I just wanted to come home and lay in bed. Buuutt. I did my weightlifting workout as planned. Pushed through it. *pats self on the back* Today is cardio day, so I’m gonna go for a relaxing run and not push myself too hard. :) On to seizing the day!

Weeeelll yesterday was a pretty great day! I did pretty well and I’m happy with myself. I meant to only do 5 miles, accidentally did 6.06 miles. 🤷🏾♀️ lol no biggie. Today I’m looking forward to weights. Trying to figure out how to run and also eat vegan so that I can get enough calories for the day(ugh) especially after runs like these, but other than that I’m doing super!
I’ve got to remember this and stop trying to be a perfectionist 25/8 😂
