So! I'm gonna be nuzlocking Shining Pearl. Hopefully streaming, definitely recording, and sharing said recordings here. Even though I haven't finished Kitty's journals here, should I play them as if Kitty had more adventures with a different team (because plot), an AU of Kitty as a Sinnoh trainer, or a penpal of Kitty's/new protagonist?

This morning was nice~ Had a hot steamy shower, a hearty breakfast of sausage and pancakes, and met up with Sonia for a nice little chat.

I'm starting to realize... I might need some help writing these... Or help in coming up with a valid excuse to timeskip or shift format so this can be more askblog for Kitty and her team to be asked "what happened?"

I dunno what I'm doing anymore.

Sorry for the sudden unannounced hiatus. Bad writer’s block hit me really hard. ^^;

So, been meaning to update Kitty’s design for a while, as she changed outfits between Journal Entries 12 and 13 to wear the dojo’s coat, but I adjusted the belt’s alignment and kinda... Didn’t add the side decoration because I wouldn’t be able to add the latter consistently if I were to draw her more.

To try and save time and get the plot done faster, I think I’m gonna save the drawing profiles to the mons who join Kitty’s team directly rather than going into the boxes, unless I’m feeling especially inspired to design.

This would include belating art for those who join in from the boxes later.

Right, so, after we sat and talked about it over the night, Chaofan decided he wanted to learn from the Tower of Darkness. With that, we entered, the rest of the team staying outside on account of not being allowed to participate.

Right, so, it’s taken about a day or two to get back to Hammerlocke (admittedly I was the one slowing us down, Opal wasn’t even tired when I had to take breaks), and we had some pretty pleasant conversation. I learned a little about the history and mythologies of Galar, and she was pretty understanding about my comparative lack of stamina. According to her, that fear of dynamax I have (yes I still got it I just don’t freeze anymore) isn’t too uncommon. Apparently it’s the sight and presence of dynamax and gigantamaxed pokemon becoming too overwhelming are the reason so many trainers fail to beat Kabu and give up, it just gets too much for them.

Since my writing is taking so long to do, should I just stream the 'diglett hunt' on the Isle of Armor soonish? I'm gonna need help naming all of the reward pokemon. ^^;

After writing this journal entry, I realized it’s more like a couple not-super-descriptive mini journals than a single coherent one. My head’s still a bit all over the place with what happened at Stow-on Side.
