Gosh, it's probably talking to me? Sometimes I get follows, but I don't make a habit of checking out their accounts unless it's a name I recognize, either from their own content or from them interacting with me on my content/reblog/etc. So I'm not mutuals with too many people.
That said, I am always excited to talk to new people! One thing I really miss about ye olden days of fandom is the sense of community that encouraged people to interact with each other, so people who are down to do that are wonderful. Unless you're posting multiple times a day with fandoms/content I'm not interested in, I'm likely to be a happy mutual with anyone who asks.

Quick PSA, if you get one of those "Work scanned, AI use detected" comments on AO3, just mark them as spam.
Some moron apparently built a bot to annoy or prank hundreds of authors.
There is no scanning process, your work doesn't actually resemble AI writing, it's all bullshit. Mark the comment as spam (on AO3, not the email notification you got about the comment!) and don't let it get to you.
The spam comments have evolved.
They are now also linking to a site they claim is able to scan works and tell you whether they were AI written or not, and that you should do that before reading a fic.
It should go without saying that you should not, under no circumstances, visit a site advertised in a spam comment.
In this case, I'd say there's even a chance that the "scanning" site is actually used to scrape fics and use them for future AI writing. What it definitely doesn't do is tell you whether something was AI written or not. That's a bullshit claim.
Don't use that site. Don't believe these spam comments, whether you get them on your own works or see them on someone else's.
It's all bullshit.

One of my kaishin headcanons is that Shinichi likes to buy jewelry for Kaito. Both because Shinichi is very much a gestures as love language kind of person, and because I feel like they'd both be at once snarky about and quietly touched by the idea of gifting something that Kaito could technically have stolen for himself (but didn't).

Augh this question is sooo hard. There's so much amazing art, and for so many fandoms, that narrowing it down to just one favourite is impossible. So how about my current phone background instead?
This piece by shunyumiya is so lovely imo. Not only is the colour palette gorgeous, but Kaito's pose and expression express so much fondness for his tiny tantei, I can't even. The face Shinichi's making is likewise amazing (albeit for a very different reason). It's all so very them, and I love that.

Currently, my media inspiration is definitely Detective Conan/Magic Kaito (I blame Kaito). I was mostly out of creating fanfic for a few years before the first covid lockdown had me falling face-first into reading the entire Detective Conan manga, so it is such a wonderful feeling to be back to having so many ideas for my favourite blorbos (and not nearly enough time to write them all, oops).
Beyond my current fandom inspiration, I find that I get bits of inspiration kind of at random, rather than from anywhere specific. Sometimes I'll see a piece of fiction that makes me want to write an AU for my characters in a similar world (looking at you right now, Apothecary Diaries), but I'm most often inspired by random throwaway lines and the like. For example, a not-fic project I'm working on right now started by hearing February 29 described as 'a day that doesn't usually exist' and immediately realizing that time that doesn't usually happen is a very fun concept to play with.

Earlier this year wonderful @cleflink gifted me a collection of shorts for our Phantom AU and I was so captivated by them that I spent the past weeks of commuting drawing the first short. I hope to follow up with the other ones soon as well!
