//hello to anyone still interested in this blog! it’s been more than three months and honestly my only excuse is im lazy and I totally lost my muse for forever.
still trying to get it back, but if anyone’s up for some one-liners, or some dumb crack thing, lemme know xP
"Do I know you?" //Hi!
Timothy looked up at the woman and was hit with her oddness first, then he realized who it was that was standing before him, “Y- You’re a… You’re a Siren!” Timothy backed up slightly, Sirens didn’t have good history with Jack, and he knew they probably wouldn’t have a good reaction to someone who looked like him either.
“Who are you?” Timothy was definitely going to keep his goggles on for this, he did not wanna get set on fire or exploded or something worse.
Maya frowned a bit at the man’s initial reaction. She crossed her arms defensively across her chest, while wondering just why he had caught her attention. “I’m Maya..And yeah, i’m also a Siren..” replied the woman, although still a little warily.
“I should really be asking you the same question, though. Something about you seems....Familiar. I just can’t quite place it.” the Vault Hunter frowned, tilting her head just slightly to the side. On Pandora, she never knew if someone, or something would turn out to be an ally, or more the ‘shooting everything in the face’ type.
//sh*t i’ve been gone so long I forgot all my tags
*clears throat* um anyway
hi
send me one for my muse's reaction
Send me a ‘♢’ and my muse will tell yours a pure lie.

//*awkward wave*
....ahem. um hi. I realize I haven’t been on this account for QUITE awhile, and never really posted an official hiatus or anything, but i though you guys deserve an update, at least.
First of all, holy crap. I have over 100 followers now and i’m basically a bonafide fancy now so that’s pretty cool. I promise i’ll make a follow forever soon! which actually brings us to the second thing...
.....I’ve still got threads to reply to.
quite a few, actually. but I promise that will also be taken care of as soon as possible, but between a lack of muse, and being busy with school, (especially finals goddammit) i’ve just been a lazy little shit so feel free to yell at me for it. After i’m done with school for the year, however. hopefully things’ll pick up a little and i’ll be on this blog more (i’ve got like five other rp blogs so if anyone’s interested, hmu. Fair warning, almost all my other muses are oc trash)
SO basically, to sum everything up. i’ll probably be back soon! Feel free to try and get my attention with memes and crap, idk maybe it’ll bring my muse back a bit.
//Small update on my life so you guys don’t all hate me!
sooo, I know I’ve been saying i’ll get to replies n stuff, and I really DO mean to. Rrrgh..I feel bad about it, and it’s not like I DON’T want to answer things, but my current lack of muse, and somewhat stressing about the next testing...month coming up for school is not helping. Plus i’m also on two other rp blogs, one of which is a thing i’m working on for a possible book/short story/ thing I dunno. (although if anyone’s interested lemme know and i;ll give you the url)
...Yeah. Anyway I guess i’m just gonna call this an unofficial semi-hiatus? I’ll try to get to things soon.
borderlands 2 au where handsome jack awakens the warrior, only to have it immediately recognize the siren vault hunter and bow to her command rather than jack’s

The ECHOs in his office were always on- whether because he was bored and needed entertainment or for actual business reasons. He liked knowing what was going on at all times, liked making his little comments when something drew his attention. Mostly, he liked the people of Pandora knowing that dear old Handsome Jack saw all, there was nothing that escaped his interest if he was paying attention.
And so when Maya called out to him over the frequency, he sat up in his chair, head resting in the palm of his town, “Afternoon to you too, Siren. How’s the planet treatin’ ya?”
A grimace touched Jack’s lips at the mention of the other Siren, but he couldn’t help but be intrigued about the Eridium, “It really works wonders. On all sorts of things, from what I’ve been told, honey.”
Narrowing in on her frequency, Jack brought up the views from the nearest camera satellites, watching as the skag turned away from her and onto its pack. A low whistle curled up from his chest at that, the CEO visibly impressed. He knew Maya’s powers were extraordinary- word of Sirens traveled fast, after all, but this? This was something entirely new.
“Well, honey, that was quite the show. Not just some old magic trick, huh? I bet that bitch would be scared if she saw what you can do.” Tapping his hands against his lips, Jack hummed, smirking thoughtfully, “Now, sweetheart, I must ask why you’re tellin’ me this? Not thinkin’ to scare me, I hope.”
The corners of her azure-tinted lips turned slightly upward as she listened to his reply, “Not entirely. I've got a proposal for you, Jack. Since i’m sure by now you’ve narrowed in on my frequency enough to see where I am, so I’ll assume you’re at least getting an inkling of what i’m implying.” Maya now stood on a rocky cliff, overlooking one of Hyperion’s numerous mining facilities that had popped up all over Pandora within the past year or so. “Power like this needs to be sustained, so as much as I hate to say it, you have something I want. But to be fair, i’m going to get it, one way or another.” the Siren paused, glaring down at the various loaders and humans. Thinking about the way there were just milling about on the compound, completely unaware of the potential threat above.
“You agree to let me have some of the Eridium you’re mining, and I won’t force every employee in that facility to shoot each other in the face, then take what I want anyway...Deal?” Honestly, Maya was rather curious about what he would say. It wouldn’t surprise her if the arrogant bastard would still decline. Yet in a way, she could still respect him for that. He still didn’t really know the full extent of her powers, and it's not like the CEO was known for his generosity, either. She was surprised to find that it sort of excited her, however. This newfound ability to control anyone with the flick of a wrist. Sure, she’d had little qualm about killing off bandits in droves, but it was still a little unnerving, to say the least. That she could feel so eager towards the slaughter of hundreds of men that were really only doing their jobs...
Send ღ and my muse will list five things they love about yours.
6. Pirate AU [if you prefer we could plot before, up to you]
Twenty-seven years.
It was a pretty big number to Maya, once put into perspective. It was how long she’d been kept locked away. Deep within the confines of the Church in order to raise her into a life of penance and spiritual servitude. From the day she was born, it was all the woman knew.
‘Fuck spiritual servitude’ Maya thought to herself with spite. She took a swig from the glass of whatever nameless alcohol she’d been served at the tavern she’d selected to stay at for the night. It had been roughly a week of living in this fashion, and her monetary reserves were all but running out. Yet it had also been a week since she’d finally gotten a chance to break away from the iron grip of the church. But it didn’t mean they weren’t still looking for her.
She currently sat in the back of the large, crowded room, wearing a dark, hooded cloak to conceal both her identity, and the ornate markings running up and down the left side of her body. She’d been born with them, and that made her dangerous. That’s all Maya knew about the topic, along with the marks being the reason she’d been kept locked away for so long. As for right now? two things were clear to her, she’d find out just why, exactly the church wanted to keep her hidden so badly, and she’d do it without ever having to set foot in that place ever again.
Jack paused, his voice taking a light tone as he chuckled, “No of course not kitten, I don’t waste good work, I’d easily go turn in those lot for 50 shillings if it came to it, because they aren’t of much use to me, expendable. You on the other hand, while dangerous and valuable, I trust you to protect yourself if any situation comes up.” Jack went on before shrugging, “all in all, so long as you don’t prove to be a waste of resources, then you’re all good.”
The pirate thought for a moment before walking back into his quarters with the door open, opening a wardrobe and searching through. It wasn’t long until he pulled out a uniform of similar color to his own, although it was noticeably smaller.
He walked back to her, holding the hanger of closes toward her.
“Here, while I’m quite glad you have your powers, I’d rather not anyone that passes the ship easily find out. Because while I won’t be ratting you out, many people will want to..” He paused with a frown, “What did you say your name was again?”
“...Maya.” The Siren responded, just realizing she hadn’t actually told Jack who she was until now. She then took the outfit with a bit of surprise as she listened to the captain rattle on. “Well, it’s good to hear i’m not in too much danger of being sold off to someone else, then. As for the uniform...” She held it up, slate irises briefly inspecting the material, before turning back to meet his mismatched gaze. “If you want me to wear this, then I’d assume i’ll have somewhere decently private to change?” The woman questioned with the raise of a slender, blue brow.
