Twitter blocks linking to other social media sites

Hello all. Just a heads up that Twitter just launched a new policy prohibiting links and promotion to other social media platforms:

View on Twitter

"Specifically, we will remove accounts created solely for the purpose of promoting other social platforms and content that contains links or usernames for the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, Truth Social, Tribel, Nostr and Post." Tumblr isn't in the net, but the policy also prohibits mentioning 3rd party link aggregators like linktr.ee. Probably the most draconian policy yet.

Expect another Twitter refugee wave soon. My Tumblr field guide is still up and running; Tumblr vets, do have a look yourself if there's anything you think should be updated.
