Looking For RP and New Connections on Crystal Datacenter!

‘Tis that time again where I reach across the internet on my Morbol tentacles, seeing if anyone bites!

As the title says, I am looking for some new connections for my myriad of alts, preferably something long-term, but one-off RP is fine too (sometimes you never know how we mesh without one)! I live on EET timezone (GMT+2), but play on late night hours, so no need to worry about not being on EU, but if our schedules do not happen to fit, there is always Discord.

Hair: Dull earthy brown, with ends dyed in striking warm orange hue.

Parents: Alive and kicking in Sharlayan, but Eurie prefers not to talk about them.

How does your muse show affection?

To put it short - very awkwardly, perhaps a little unnervingly. He's not the kind for physical closeness or loving gestures, so his go-to for showing his appreciation would be gifts. Unfortunately his idea of gifts might differ from most people - he finds small critter skulls, bones, pine cones and seeds charming and gathers them often, and those would be the kind of things he would offer towards the target of his affections, along with the occasional wooden figurine he has whittled.

Does your muse have a way with words?

Afi has never been one for words - a few decades spent in the wilderness in solitude hasn't made that trait any better. He is quiet at most times and blunt when required to speak, flowery words or small-talk not even considered by him. Perhaps he could have a way with words if he tried and learned...but what would be the point of that? His energy is better spent elsewhere.

Buying gifts would be a struggle for the old man - the struggle of someone who hasn't had anyone they're close enough with to even consider the act of gift-giving. Lately, though, he's been showered with such small gestures (and he still can't grasp the reason why), and at times he entertains the thought of returning the favour.

Alas, he's not a good cook and he finds giving bought food in return for homemade a bad gesture. The people he has grown fond of are an enigma to him, too, their preferences a mystery when not blatantly stated to him - and so the idea of gifts gets quickly discarded as too much of an effort. Until later date, at least.

It all depends on how close he happens to be with the person - the longer he has known someone, the more familiar he would be to their preferences due to the time he would've spent picking up those small cues. He is quite perceptive when it comes to other people, so with close friends he wouldn't have trouble picking up something they would like!

Unfortunately when he is too close to someone, that skill seems to fly out of the window, or rather the skill gets stomped down by doubt. Is this gift good enough? Will they like it? What if it's too much? Suddenly every gift has to be perfect, and every option gets scrutinized to death. Why, oh why, is giving romantic gifts so much harder than platonic?

How does your muse show affection?

Shakka is all about the small, mundane gestures. He shows his love with acts of care - making sure people he loves are fed and healthy, gently scolding them if they not taking care of themselves. He makes sure to soften his gruff voice when talking to them (more so around his children), and gives them his full attention when being talked to. He does try to be more openly loving around his partner, but he is still a little clumsy when it comes to initiating hugs and kisses, and prefers to return Reqa's much more blatant shows of affection instead.

Is your muse good at flirting? how do they flirt?

Like with his displays of affection, he is quite out of his depth and clumsy when it comes to flirting. He prefers to be more blunt and straightforward about it - just saying "I want you" is much more efficient and easy than trying to come up with flowery words. Fortunately his partner doesn't seem to mind!

Does your muse use / like pet names?

Dense catdad is quite dense, and isn't good with coming up with anything, let alone pet names! When you use the right, soft tone of voice, calling your partner's name is good enough, no? He doesn't quite get the appeal, but wouldn't mind if Reqa decided to give him one.

How does your muse show affection?

In so many ways! Dacien doesn't hide or shy away from showing his love, in public or in private. Loving gazes, softly spoken words, cooking and caring for them, touches and holding hands - the elezen loves being close and helpful to his lover and he doesn't care who sees it! Unfortunately the mentioned lover is a little more awkward and shy about it, so he does tone things down when in public, at least a little.

Is your muse good at flirting? how do they flirt?

Flirting was one of his past ways of getting a free room for the night, so he is professional at it! Nothing gets a person going than compliments delivered with a soft, tempting purr, a heavy-lidded gaze and a barely-there touch on the arm or the hand to seal the deal. Nowadays his flirtations are kept to a one man only, but he makes sure not to get too rusty with it - he loves seeing Theo flustered anyway.

Does your muse use / like pet names?

Yes, and yes! He prefers calling his lover by his name the most, but he does like mixing things up at times (mostly to get a reaction out of his stoic lover) - darling, my love, my smith in shining apron, he names vary from romantic to silly. He doesn't mind being called pet names, either, and greatly appreciates the occasional times when his lover makes the effort to use one.

The Xaela's sharp gaze falters, drifting off to the side. After a long pause of hesitation, his attention returns...though his expression is more akin to a glare than something flirtatious.

"...Get over here already."

He gestures sharply with his head, words annoyedly growled from between his teeth. Is that a blush on his cheeks, or just shadows cast by his lowered brow?

"You...you...stupid...fool."

What is your muse’s ideal date? where / who with / etc?

Despite putting on an outgoing, extroverted act, Ney definitely prefers spending time at home with his partner over going out for a date! His most favorite, ideal date-time would be having his partner try on the new accessories he has made for him - be it jewellery or something more intimate. And, naturally, there's only Korin he would do that kind of things with.

What is your muse like in bed?

He is very flexible, but due to his partner's needs he has taken a generally more dominating role in the bedroom - a role that he thoroughly enjoys, he loves toying with his lover and watching him squirm! He enjoys coming up with new toys and ways for the bedroom activities too, to make sure to keep his partner on his toes at least some of the times.

Does your muse use / like pet names?

He doesn't mind them, but doesn't use them in everyday life. He does sometimes call Korin his "treasure" and his "most beautiful work" (when adorned with his jewellery), but that is usually saved for the bedroom - or to threaten anyone who gets too cozy with his lover.

What is your muse’s ideal date? where / who with / etc?

Everaux is a simple man, and he would prefer a simple date! Having a leisurely walk in nature or in the city, taking in the sights and sounds, maybe a simple meal in a local eatery - those small things are an ideal date for him, though the main thing for him would be to take his partner to places they might enjoy. As for with who...he doesn't have a particular person in mind yet!

What is your muse like in bed?

Very vanilla, very attentive I imagine! He would love pampering his partner, to make them feel loved and appreciated to their very core. Besides that he is...probably not very adventurous in bed if his partner isn't, the silly cinnamon roll.

Does your muse use / like pet names?

He would most likely prefer his partner with a pet name, though it would be something common like "my love" or "my dear"! He wouldn't be against being called with a pet-name either, though he would take a little while getting used to it, feeling embarrassed for the first few times.
