This is a regram from my own account of last year, in the Denpasar airport. I was leaving the Indonesian island that shifted my life, the island that forever holds a sacred place in my heart. In this photo, in the airport by myself, I was trying hard to keep it together. To keep the paradise within as I travelled back to the other side of the world. During my layover in Hong Kong, I cried over my bento box, finally allowing myself to feel and to realize how important Bali had become to me. The paradise has remained within all year, and so many beautiful things have happened in my life because of my paradigm shift. Looking at this photo now, seeing the subtle sadness in my eyes as I put on a smile in front of the bathroom mirror, I can't believe a whole year has gone by, and I get to go back to my favorite island, cohost a yoga and women's retreat, model, and explore, this time with only a one-way ticket in hand. I leave March 29th and will come back sometime at the end of May maybe? I love the uncertainty, freedom, and flexibility of a one-way ticket. I feel so blessed to be going back again this year and every year moving forward. Makasi, Bali, for BEing.
