The Ayakashi Kaleidoscope event will start in a few days along with a special login bonus and campaigns! New cards will also be added as a limited gacha.

The special login bonus will start 11/13 17:00 and will continue on until 11/22 12:59 (JST). As you can see, it starts and ends at different times; the login bonus will reset each day at 4:00 (JST) so please plan accordingly and don’t forget!

Each day you will receive 1 Stellar Stone, for a grand total of 10 stellar stones!

Next up: the special campaigns! There will be two available:

1) Collect Orbs of Fire! (11/13 17:00 until 11/22 12:59 (JST))

During the specified timeframe, playing normal lives will drop an item called “Orb of Fire”. Collect enough to exchange for some puddings in a special exchange shop (available through the Shop tab once this campaign starts).

Beware that orbs of fire will drop ONLY in normal lives. Playing the event and/or doing special lessons will NOT drop this item!

The exchange shop will disappear 12/22/2019 12:59 (JST), so it’s totally fine if you don’t want to exchange them right away.

2) Practice Rates Up! (11/13 17:00 ~ 12/2 16:59 (JST))

In this time period, it will be easier to level up the SSR Ayakashi Kaleidoscope cards! It seems like only these 16 cards will have a better chance of getting Great/Brilliant Success rates.

Next up is the limited gacha with the Ayakashi Kaleidoscope cards featured in the YouTube PV released the other day. (For those who have not seen it yet, you can watch it here!)

These SSR cards will come with puchinanas attached, and will be separated in different groups like usual. Furthermore, there will be two gachas: one free for everybody to pull in, and one paid for those who have paid stellar stones. More below!

Group A - 11/13 17:00 ~ 11/15 16:59 (JST) - Iori, Riku, Gaku, Touma
Group B -  11/15 17:00 ~ 11/17 16:59 (JST) - Yamato, Ryuunosuke, Yuki, Minami
Group C -  11/17 17:00 ~ 11/19 16:59 (JST) - Mitsuki, Sougo, Nagi, Haruka
Group D -  11/19 17:00 ~ 11/21 16:59 (JST) - Tamaki, Ten, Momo, Torao
Group E -  11/21 17:00 ~ 12/2 16:59 (JST) - all 16 members!

In the free audition, your first solo scout in groups A through D will be discounted to 5 stones. Group E will have a discounted 10-pull for 50 stones! Free and paid stones both can be used.

The paid audition will only be available for 10 pulls, which means 100 PAID stellar stones is always required each time you want to pull in it. However, each roll will guarantee at least 1 SSR card. This does NOT guarantee an Ayakashi SSR, though.

The SSR Ayakashi Kaleidoscope cards will come with an event bonus for the upcoming event. More details will be provided when the event is officially announced in-game.

Good luck to anybody who is rolling, whether you are using stellar stones or SP! :)

P.S. - Heads up that the full version of MEZZO”’s new song “Kaleidoscope”, also the theme song for this event story, is available for digital purchase!

The PV for the new Ichiban Kuji event, Ayakashi Kaleidoscope, has been released on YouTube! You can watch it here!

Along with new artwork and brief introductions of the characters, we also got a preview of MEZZO”’s new song “Kaleidoscope”, which will be the theme song for this event. There’s a chance it might be added in-game once the event starts so keep an eye out!

Will you be scouting for any of these new cards? If so, good luck! We’ll provide details of the event once it is formally announced. :)

Hello, do you know at what hour does the friend supports refresh (?). Like, after i use all my friends to support my lives, when will they return so I can get 10 FP from each friend again? im sorry if this is confusing, thank you

Based on a reply on this old ask, it takes around 3 to 4 hours!

I'm thinking about transferring my account to a new phone (Android to Android). Will my stellar stones be safe? Even the free ones? (Most of the things I've read say the stones will be lost going between iOS and Android, but I'm still a bit nervous.)

Avatar

Yes you should be fine! Like you read, stellar stones only disappear when you change from iOS to Android or vice versa.

Will you continue to upload i7 music? It's the only way I can stay up to date on what they release :'D

Sorry for the delay but we’ll try to get at least Torao’s and Minami’s solos out soon! The Wonderful Octave solos might be a different issue depending on demand.

Hello! Regarding the tips on clearing nanapass mission, could you explain more about "dominant attribute rotating constantly"? When does this happen? does this occur in other lives too? thank you in advance!

Hello! Sorry if my explanation was lacking - you know how the background transitions between red, blue and green during lives?

That’s the “dominant attribute” I was referring to. When the background is tinted red, the points you get during that section of the live corresponds to your deck’s Shout total. When it’s blue it’s Melody, and Beat when it’s green.

The distribution of attributes in each song is indicated by the pie chart shown here - in this case the time spent on each attribute is equal. (Also, I realize I was exaggerating on how constant the transitions are - Mongen actually only goes from blue to green to red, and then repeat the loop during the chorus.)

Hi! Any tips on clearing nanapass weekly - the one to get 800,000 score? I tried with various teams of special trained SSR cards + 5% live score badge, but my score goes barely over 600,000 with no missed/bad notes. Do I need to max level appeal skills as well or get some URs for this to be possible?

Hello! As someone who just barely got 800k on the weekly Nanapass last night, I have some tips I’d like to share!

For reference, this is the deck I used. The bracketed number is the number of notes it takes to… run the % check that determines whether the skill will activate or not. The last number is the skill effect - for instance UR Yamato increases the score by 1944.

  • My deck is not a good example of this, but you don’t necessarily need URs.
  • Don’t be confined to a single attribute. Nanapass lives are essentially normal lives with event beatmaps. With the dominant attribute rotating constantly during the live, you might actually want to have a multi-attribute team to profit on that.
  • Make sure you have the right center skill. The card you make your center should always have the center skill that has a 100% chance of giving you a considerable boost to the matching attribute. (i.e. “シャウトバスター / Shout Buster”, “ビートストロング / Beat Strong”, and “メロディトルネード / Melody Tornado”)
  • Having good skills goes a long way! You can see that my deck is practically combo and perfect-based. I personally avoided using timer-based cards even if they had higher stats, since timer-based skills tend to be less reliable. But if your timer-based cards have way better stats, go ahead and slot them in nevertheless!
  • Level up your cards’ skills. Though I’d say it’s not a deal-breaker even if you have a few cards at base level. As you can see, two cards in my deck only have their skills at Lv. 1. They can activate just as much as the other cards do, so you may have to rely on a little luck.
  • Try aiming for more perfects. If you have trouble getting those, you can put a Locker or two in your team to help you. But if you’re good at getting perfects, then I’d advise replacing Lockers with cards that increase your score. In particular I’d like to recommend Exchange cards like Respo Riku, which for a few seconds increase your score output in exchange for a decrease in the judgement area.
  • Use the Score Up live assist! This is very important. This assist stacks with your Live Score badge! The Perfect Mode & Note Change assists are helpful if you want more perfects or have trouble with a certain type of notes. However, the Note Change assists run the risk of decreasing your overall score output, so unless proven wrong, I’d avoid using them. (After running some calculations I can vouch that the red flick note assist decreases your score output. So maybe don’t use it.)

This post went a bit long, but I hope these tips help! Good luck on clearing the Nanapass!

Hello! I'm not sure if these have been asked before (I couldn't find it in FAQs T_T) but do you know if there's going to be another part to the story or if it's just going to end at story 4? And is the hoshimeguri event going to come back? I really want to read the hoshimeguri stories but I can't unlock them ;A; Thanks for running this blog and sharing info!! :D

Hi, sorry for the late reply! It really depends on how Story 4 is going to turn out. We’ll have to keep reading to find out.

Also the Celestial Pilgrimage event will most likely come back! We had a rerun of the Mechanical Lullaby event last year for those who weren’t able to play, so it’s very likely we’ll have event reruns this year as well. :)

i hope things settle down for the admins soon! thank you all for your hard work. i was wondering what the second one is exactly? i can’t locate it after receiving it in my mailbox.

This is a “Puchinana Photo”! It goes directly into your Photo Gallery (フォトギャラリー, the one with the camera icon in the Menu), so you should go looking for the photo there instead. You should find it under the rightmost tab for Events (イベント)!
