Calvin got some monkey bars as a birthday gift and they're turning out to be very popular! 😊

With Calvin's birthday I felt it was time to add a new family portrait to the living room wall. I might update it again when Ava ages up to a teen. I really love this mod by @ravasheencc. 💕

As the birthday celebrations continues in the kitchen, Mary, exhausted after playing with the drawers in the entrance, has completely passed out in a pile of trash. She's going to age up to a really classy lady, it's written in the stars, truly. 😂

Calvin rolls the Rambunctious Scamp aspiration and gets a matching Active trait as a natural progression from his "Wild" toddler trait. 😁

Beware of recently introduced bugs!

The latest game update and the new Crystal Creations stuff pack introduced some new nasty bugs to The Sims 4 and we can expect a patch as soon as the team has figured out how to fix the most game breaking ones.

Until the patch is released it's recommended to be really careful playing with the Crystal Creation pack since putting on and taking off crafted jewelry will deform your sims appearence and it's unclear if already deformed sims will be fixed when the patch arrives.

It might also be safest to stay away from your more precious save files altogether until the patch arrives since the moodlet issue possibly can cause longlasting issues in your save files. If you want to read more about this there's a thread here at the AHQ-forum.

Trying new food is a tiresome thing and Mary needs a nap before it's time to celebrate big brother Calvin's birthday. Ashley takes the opportunity to gather some energy as well.

Mornings with a family of five isn't always a relaxed and quiet affair and when you wake up with a slight headache as Ashley here, it can be somewhat of a challenge.. Mary is having a good time trying out new food though it seems to require a bath afterwards. 😅

And just like that (way before I was ready) it's time for Mary to age up! And in true TS4 fashion she does it in style.. 😉

On her first day back at work Ashley gets another promotion!

Colin is back at Sixam for more exploration and to gather some unique plants and other collectibles. This time at least the green aliens have visble faces. 😅

Ashley combines breast feeding with threadmill sessions to prepare herself to go back to work as an astronaut in just a couple of days.

While Colin and Ashley are busy taking care of the new addition to the family Ava invites her cousin Maggie over to hang out and play. It's nice to have family living nearby!

I think I'm on board with this pack. 😊 It doesn't contain all that much at a first glance but I love me some creative hobbies so I'll happily accept what we're getting. It does feel like a pack that won't be riddled with bugs which is a plus in my book. The fact that it builds upon crystals & metals (base game collectables) is also great. I think expanding on what we already have in game is the way to go. Now to see if any of the jewelry actually is "wearable".. 😉

Ashley is savouring the few days of baby bliss before Mary ages up to infant and we can be sure that it's going to be really busy days in this household!

I haven't played with infants since Get Together first came out so it'll be a fun and somewhat fresh experience for me. This picture was the last of an old batch of pictures I took when I last played way back in November. I'm still trying to get back into my simming mojo but I keep loading up Stardew instead of sims. Today might be the day though. If I don't get completely discourage by outdated mods and game glitches. *Crossed fingers*

Ashley and Colin finally gets back from the hospital. They're absoluely exhausted and immediately goes to bed which is when Calvin comes to realize that he's not the baby in the house any longer and he's not happy about it. 😅
