Hav any suggeston for music that is stimulating for adhd or add people? I like to listen whiule i study, thank you so much x

All I can suggest is

  • Nero’s Day At Disneyland
  • Lauren Bousfield
  • Igorrr
  • Venetian Snares

Their music is very very stimulating, in general the genre ‘breakcore’ is amazing for people with ADHD, the layering or mish-mash glitchy sounds is excellent 10/10
