This is a set to simulate the "in construction state" of a house or a part of it. Often, I start building something and then I want to start playing even if the house is not finished, or I want to add a new part of the house but my sims don't have enough money yet. With this set, you'll be able to figure and roleplay the work in progress state with two fences, window opening, gate and modular decor roofs, aswell as many decor items of a work site.

Willow Creek and Newcrest Made Clickable
Here's a little demo in an unmodded game to show it works
This simple mod makes the entire world clickable, allowing you to place objects anywhere with TOOL. Right now i've only done Willow Creek and Newcrest.
As mentioned, sims will walk in the street and occasionally route in odd ways, but it shouldn't cause any problems in your game beyond that!
(except for Batuu. i dont own that one)
Again, sims will route strangely, because they take the shortest path possible. They’ll run up a mountain instead of walking over a distant bridge. They will also walk through debug landscaping. Aside from biking in the street, I didn’t see many townies doing any questionable routing - in my game they generally only hang out where there are objects to interact with - but my own sims definitely did a bit of cliffside parkour. If that bothers you during gameplay, I recommend only using the mod to decorate your world with TOOL, then removing the file from your mods folder.

Hey guys, I'm so happy to finally be able to share this amazing collab with you! I had a blast teaming up with my wonderful friend @lilacdreamers who just recently joined the Simblr family and together we wanted to create a set that combines beautiful decor with functionality and gameplay. Long story short, this is how the Cottagecore Kitchen Set was born.
Your Sims can now sit on counters and finally use kitchen cabinets!
This set comes with new and functional counters and cabinets. The cabinets work as storage boxes so Sims can keep all their kitchen supplies in one place! If you prefer cabinets without storage, separate cabinets that only function as shelves are available too. The counters come with an additional separate piece that functions as a seat and can be placed among the other counters. Your Sims can now chat with other Sims, read books, knit, practice singing or just browse their phone all while sitting down on a counter! Unfortunately, to avoid conflicting animations and script errors, Sims can not use the counter seat for cooking. You will also have to turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat to be able to place the counter. I suggest using bb.moveobjects to place the cabinet shelves as well since they won't snap into place automatically. Holding down the alt key will also help you to position them the way you want.
Default replacements:
Additionally, we created a few default replacements for more realistic cooking. The blocky base game cutting board, spoon and saucepan have been replaced with more realistic meshes in a rustic style to fit the cottagecore aesthetic. Please note that the overrides will conflict with other custom content that replaces those same objects. To avoid too many pack requirements and make the set more accessible for everyone, we've only included overrides for base game recipes so the unlockable City Living recipes will still use the old default meshes and textures.

Of course, we also included some decorative objects in this set! Decorate your kitchens with beautiful cottagecore themed clutter.
Known issues: There is some slight clipping with the counter and the Sims' legs when they sit down, especially if they're wearing skirts/dresses or wide legged pants. The functional teapots have a few issues with the animations and one will clip slightly through the top of the counter when the tea is being prepared. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix those issues but the items are still perfectly functioning in game so we didn't want to completely remove them from the pack. We hope that you can look past those small imperfections and still get a lot of joy out of this set! If you discover any other bugs, please let us know!
