blade takes a breath, possibly too sharp in as he now feels the icy cold in the back of his throat. eyes shut at the growing headache of a situation, he reaches out to you, only for you to swat his hand away.
"you need to understand, ying xing." you furrow your eyebrows. you're not ready yet, or more like... you're scared to fall even harder for the man before you. "i don't plan to... i don't plan to become 'friendly' with you. i don't plan to go from whatever this is to a couple, no."
Haley and Emily
I didn't have the chance to write proper headcanons for them atm, but, eventually, i'm going to edit this post and write them in this section just as i did with the previous redesigns (from Abigail, Sebastian and Sam)
Who should i do next?
The A.S.S trio remastered. This time, i wanted to add some details about the designs that cannot be fully appreciated. And some hc's.
Abigail:
- 22 y.o
- has a secret tattoo.
- Emily gave her an undercut, but you can only see it if her hair is tied up.
- she still has her blue bow, but it's tied very at the end of her hair (like a mini ponytail.)
- did her piercings herself.
- her aesthetic wants to resemble both, Seb and Sam, but still being her own.
- she was probably into Haley at some point. But as she got to know her better, she lost interest.
- adopted a stray black cat, which lives secretly in her room.
- she ripped her leggings on purpose.
- very into goth music and fashion.
- Rasmodious secretly gave her her sword. But she never knew it was him.
- sarcastic, a little passive-aggressive, and competitive.
- has dark humor, she likes to tease Sam that she will use him as a sacrifice one day.
Sebastian:
- 24 y.o
- has a bracelet with a small toad charm on it.
- has a tattoo on his arm, but it's rarely seen (since he never takes off his sweatshirt.)
- smells like motorcycle oil almost all the time.
- he's wearing socks with cute frogs on them right now.
- probably wears glasses from spending so much time on the screen.
- paints his nails with black marker when he's bored.
- probably the most mature of the group.
- hella shy.
Sam:
- 24 y.o
- hyperactive asf.
- has many skate bruises and scars (like the ones on his face.)
- his skate tricks never go his way. His clothes are always dirty and torn because of this.
- Jodi gets tired of getting him new clothes or sewing up the broken ones, letting him walk with what he has (he doesn't mind at all.)
- very talkative, outgoing, and sloppy.
- the golden retriever of the group.
- smells like deodorant. Too much deodorant.
- Mikey from TMNT personality.
- He probably tried to integrate Alex into the group sometime, but for reasons, he couldn't.
- gets very invested in whatever catches his attention.
- fingerguns to flirt.

you were the one laying there, motionless, zero energy left in you in the unforeseen sight of pool of blood, the tall man in a split second drops to the ground, a hand cradling your face while the other pulls your body up, resting the blades of your shoulder on his folded knees. not for once, but in this moment, silence rings in his ears. his word loud and clear in his mind but what comes to you was a mere whisper, a mutter.
"wake up, baby. i'm here, can you hear me?" he murmurs, only for you to gently nod while feeling his hand gently tapping your cheek. your orbs glazes across and points to his blue eyes. "y/n."
"y/n," he repeats again, voice gone colder, fury gradually surges in his blood with each time his heart pumps to the rhythm, to the rhythm of the dull ache in the back of his chest, the dull pulses in the back of his mind.
"sa...toru..." the pain accompanies your croak at his name, the strongest man wipes the stain off the corner of your lips. swallowing that big lump in his throat, he refuses to believe what he was doing, having you remain laid on the ground. as much as he needs to see shoko, as much as he needs you to go with him to the infirmary...
you can't.
your legs... your torso... it was too much. too much of you was gone.
he cradles the back of your head closer to his chest, looking everywhere for anyone, for anything. but nothing was there, and nothing was worth to the waste of your life. nothing matters compared to your body sleeping in his arms, peaceful like your child at home without a care in the world. was this like one of the other times when you lay still, resting in his lap as he gazes down to that lovable smile?
you're sleeping right? he thinks to himself.
it's just...
cold,
so cold in this goddamn world, where the strongest one loses his other half yet again.
what a goddamn failure.
