I’ve got a couple for the ask game: Australian Cattle Dog, and a Siamese/Himalayan cross.
I’m currently fostering an ACD who is sweet as can be despite all his young dog energy! (Although the rescue keeps saying he’s a Queensland Heeler and that there’s a difference while AKC says they’re the same breed) Siamese/Himalayan was the cat I grew up with, and it seems they’re a pretty popular cross.
Oooh cattle dogs are far too much energy for me so they’re out! A Siamese/Himalayan cross sounds cute, she’s in!
Definitely a pretty cat! Unfortunately I don’t have many photos of her, and I don’t think any quite catch how gorgeous she was. She had the royal aura of a Himalayan, but just as much sass as a Siamese. It was only fitting that we had named her Sara Fina 😊

Fleckfur, my precious baby boy. He’s so good I love him and could cry

History: Fleckfur was born to a loner named Rouge. From the moment he was born, he had no father - or at least not that he knew. He also had a brother, who was named Reed. While their mother took great care of them, she was not overly loving and interacted with them more out of necessity. When he and his brother were old enough, she began teaching them the basics of hunting and fighting, just enough so they could take care of themselves before she finally pushed them away and the three all went their separate ways. Fleckfur - Rush at the time - lived on his own for a few moons despite still being a kit by Clan beliefs. At about 7 moons, the young tom found a patrol of Clan cats, who accepted him in. He promptly started his training, and while he had the advantage of being trained to survive on his own, his certainly still had a lot more to learn and became an apprentice later than most. Not that that bothers him!

Introducing Sloestar and Stonefoot!
Sloestar is the previous leader of SlateClan, following after Pebblestar. As her expression may imply, she’s a no-nonsense type she-cat who is strict about following the code. However, her reign only lasted 26 moons, losing her lives to heat stroke, a mudslide, starvation, being run over by a Monster, a badger attack, sickness, a skirmish with a rogue, and finally losing her last two lives to food poisoning.
Stonefoot was her deputy, and like her, he didn’t take nonsense, immaturity, and laziness. Rules were meant to be followed, and he made sure that was enforced. Unfortunately, he’d never see his day as leader as he died from food poisoning like Sloestar, passing on the same night that she died.

You know what’s cool?
Peeled sheep.
It’s fun watching them get sheared because when they’re done it looks like they just shed their skin and left all their wool behind.
Also mad respect for shearers because they gotta be RIPPED flipping and handling sheep, and usually they do more than one.
Not only that but sheep wool is very oily since it has a substance called lanolin, so the floor gets slick and you risk slipping unless you’re wearing proper shoes. You can even see where the floor has oil from the wool.
Anyways sheep, and I love them.
