Revision on a sunny Sunday!

my wall got repainted, which was the perfect excuse to redecorate it. might add more stuff soon, but i already love how it turned out.

finals start in less than a month so it’s full speed ahead from now on. already finished an assignment due in june this weekend (what’s happening?!) so i can fully focus on those dreaded finals.

9:48 AM | i definitely didn’t get as much done this break as i wanted to, but i spent a lot of time having fun with friends so we’re gonna allow it. I’m now more than halfway through my 100 days of veganism :o

Switched back to my A6 planner for a while! 🖋 Even though i finally got the A5 working efficiently i just didn’t feel attached to it in the same way as i do my tiny A6 books, which was starting to affect my motivation 😪

I adjusted/added to some of the spreads and filled in the missing weekly pages to catch the book up + will see how it goes! 📚

oh. oh yes. i think i could get used to this view / working in bed because this used to be my work space and… it works. fingers crossed it won’t mess with my precious sleeping hours but so far so good!

Florida is currently undergoing the largest evacuation in United States history. Millions of people are fleeing Hurricane Irma, the most powerful storm to ever make landfall in North America. . Now imagine if no other state would take them in. Imagine if Georgia and Alabama built walls to keep them out. Imagine if we forced them to stay put and drown. . Sounds evil, right? And yet this is what we humans do every day all over the world, from Mexicans fleeing the violence of the drug cartels, Syrians fleeing a civil war, Yemenis fleeing forced starvation, Palestinians expelled from their homes, to Rohingya fleeing genocide in Myanmar. . We know in our hearts this is wrong. We know that if humans have rights at all, they have the right to flee certain death. We know this. It’s time we started acting like it. (Jeremy McLellan)

we had to go to the vet for my baby’s eye which is infected so i’ve spend most of my day taking care of him but i also had some stuyding to do for the upcoming weeks and he decided to help me. we don’t deserve cats!
