Can I share a hopefully funny story? The comic you reblogged about Appletun's eyes reminded me of it. I went from 2003 to 2014 believing that Jirachi was a marsupial. I thought the line on its tummy indicated a pouch, and that's how it granted wishes. So for a decade I'm thinking it just reaches into its pouch like a cartoon and pulls some magic dust out of it and Boom, wish granted. Imagine my reaction when I battled my husband's Jirachi in Pokémon X and the EYE OPENED! I was shook.

As someone with no attachment to any mythicals, same. I’ve never looked at Jirachi long enough to realise it’s an eye and not a pouch.

Quick Question:

Since a lot of pokegandas seem to want interaction, but it’s a lil hard to find it on Tumblr, what if there was just a pokeganda discord? (or maybe there’s already one? In that case, please send me a join link hhehee)

Of course, I dunno how everyone would feel about this, but like uh…. Ya know! I wanna know if you’d all be on board with one.

Archie has a soft spot for Jirachi since he saw it with Shelly when they were younger. Back then he wished for a world that was better for PokeMon and he didn't understand what that really meant until after the whole Kyogre thing happened. He realizes now that if the workd is going to get better, he has to help people change, not change the world, so in a weird way Jirachi helped Archie have a major growing experience and Archie appreciates it a lot!
