slept a solid 12 hours 💪 still tired as shit
i'm sick of not being able to breathe
#nobody takes my anxiety seriously but what about when it's so bad that i can't do anything but focus all my energy on trying to breathe#god when i get a xanax prescription maybe i'll finally be normal#it's not worth calling 911 for chest pains and difficulty breathing bc they don't do anything but take up six hours of my time making me#wait around the emergency room just for them to tell me there's nothing wrong with. e#me*#like#just kill me bro! the panic attacks might actually kill me!!
