that’s a bloody nightmare of a question, love. how can you answer it honestly and with complete faith in your decision when there are so many different places to eat? so many different cultures? it’s like asking a parent who their favorite child is. i don’t know, i think you’re wanting a riot on your hands instead of a nice and healthy debate. though, i can say with complete honesty, that i would eat just about anything that was curry-esqe. 

i know, and i knew that full well going into it. the answer is that you go with your gut at any given moment, and you have to be okay with the fact that your answer will probably be different tomorrow, or even in an hour. not a riot, just an impassioned debate! but really, there will be no arguing here, because you’re totally right. indian food, curry especially, is the number one choice — or at least, it’s what i’m craving right this second, so i’m going to stick with it.

That is such a hard question! What was your answer? I have to know. I know I can tell you my favorite, which is my mom’s enchiladas. Those to me are the best because they are made with love. I know that’s really cheesy, no pun intended. It’s true though.

i know, i’m the worst. my personal favorite, at the time i asked the question, was indian food. aw, but you’re absolutely right though! mums just know how to make food the best way possible, no questions about it.

I will always answer this in one single way and i accept others opinions however wrong they are and if said person has never tried this well let me say i will me correcting that wrong rather quickly. For me the best food ever is sticky toffee pudding.

I don’t know if you thought about this beforehand — but this may be the hardest question in the world? I guess it depends on who you’re asking, but to me it’s almost impossible to choose only one kind of dish, damn. I have a soft spot for pasta just because there’s some Italian in my blood, so I might be biased right there? I like a good barbecue as well, maybe some Thai too…  but also depends on who’s making these things. See, this is impossible. Can’t do it. Do you have a straight answer for this? My respects if you do.

it definitely is, and that’s half the reason i wanted to ask it. i need to know everyone’s answers and their thought process, it’s for science. ugh, and these are all wonderful options! i will admit that it’s likely to change based on the situation and the day and even my mood, but i do believe indian food to be the best food on earth. definitely the best seasoned, anyway. however, i could never live in a world without pasta and pad thai, either.

everything with you is a spirited debate, ridley – i swear. but i think i actually have a solid answer – mexican food is just straight up at the top. it’s a whole experience to just take a bite out of a well seasoned taco, believe me. the combination of the sauce & meat? perfection. the fact that london lacks mexican restaurants? bloody hell – congrats, you just made me hungry! but you know what – sushi isn’t that far behind, gotta love it too

it wouldn’t be if you weren’t as much fun to argue with as you are, holland. as for that, you may be absolutely right, because a good taco is kind of life changing. the authentic stuff is absolute perfection. we’re gonna have to take a trip to mexico just for tacos, aren’t we? i, personally, am all for it.

As someone who love almost everything of food it is hard for me to choose, but I do have to say anything with chicken. Chicken is amazing, even simple dishes like chicken alfredo or something or just chicken with fries, always going to taste good. Chicken.

chicken is an excellent choice, considering you can do basically anything with it. you hate to admit it as an adult, but sometimes when you don’t know what to eat, chicken tenders is the answer. so good.

Soup. Period. Almost any kind of soup, there’s so many varieties. It’s like a goddamn aphrodisiac.

okay, how did i not even consider this as an answer? first of all, is it really an aphrodisiac? it would blow my mind, but also somehow not surprise me. i’m definitely pro soup, there’s so many different kinds! what’s your favorite?

Why were they going into a full argument with you? I mean food is subjective to everyone. there are some things you are going to like more than others. doesn’t make someone else’s favorite kind of food invalid. well mine would have to be pizza, I just love a good slice and Italian foods really are my favorite. what is yur favorite kind of food?

it’s totally not their fault, sometimes i get too excited and turn normal discussions into an argument. no invalidation, i promise, just me being extremely passionate. italian food is the best, and also the best excuse to eat almost nothing but carbs, and because of that i’m all for it. definitely a favorite. what’s your favorite kind of pizza? 

i don’t know if it’s possible to pick a favorite kind of food, but i might be partial to korean food. i also like things like pizza and hot dogs and burgers. i like pretty much anything.

I’m probably going to be the most hated person after saying this but I’m here for it. Is there a better reason to start loving that is September 1st than the fact summer is coming to an end? As a person who can’t stand sweat at all, this summer wasn’t particularly the definition of nice. I’m definitely a winter person. Here goes the never-ending debate my friends already hate me for because I’m continually bringing it to every conversation. Winter clothes are better than summer clothes — now tell me I’m not the only one, or you can come change my mind, I can debate pacifically but you’ll end up giving in and accepting that summer is the worst season ever. I’m Lizzie, in case you want to put me on your blacklist. on the contrary, you’re my favorite person as of right this second. i really do hate to sound like a fragile southern belle, but once it gets above a certain temperature, i feel like i’ll just wither away to nothing. so dramatic! now, i don’t mean to say that london doesn’t have its massive heatwaves — we absolutely do, and this summer has been terrible — but it sounds like you should consider coming across the pond to stay for a while, because if there’s anything you can count on in england most of the time, it’s that it’s probably quite dreary and pretty cool out. plus, we’d love to have you! hi lizzie, i’m daisy and this is my official invitation if you ever need an english flatmate. 

With more movie theaters opening up, we’re getting more movies debuting and more movies being released in the upcoming months. I’m super excited to see DUNE. Not only does it have a stellar cast but I’m excited to see Frank Herbert’s novel brought to the screen. What movies are you excited to see in the theater? @prestigestarters​

i’m so excited about movie theaters being open again, i have to say. and i’m so really excited to see dune! i may be biased, given that one of my favorite people is starring in it, but i’ve been looking forward to it for a while. have you ever seen the 1984 version? it’s absolutely wild. personally, i’m super excited about the wonder woman sequel! i can’t wait to see it.
