Description:

This is an independent RP/Ask Blog for the DC Comics (New Earth) character Inertia (Thad Thawne) set after his death as Kid Zoom.
Important Information Before Interacting: I’ve been RP-ing this version of Thad for ten years, so there are aspects of him that may seem very different due to the fact I’ve been writing this long.
In general: He’s older (21-23, his age is dependent upon Verses and characters), he’s had more experiences which have affected him, has connection to characters he hasn’t interacted with in canon (such as Barry Allen), and has had more time to reflect on his past actions which have led him to certain outlooks on life and his past.

-Slaps the Thawne Family Line- Look how many Cobalt Blues you can fit into one family.

Along with what appears to be a cult,

two Reverse Flashes,

two actually good and decent people,

Owen, who’s walking the line between good and bad,

one geneticist who’s working with Amanda Waller,

one incredibly shitty father and corrupt politician,

And a whole lot of issues.

So many issues.

i think of summer-- so like bright sun, outdoor lazying, plenty of fresh air. i also couldn't help but slide in the noticeable similarity between green kryptonite and inertia's green and like... what that could mean. also there's a couch. a couch that references one of our old threads lol.

Barry Allen is such a fun character. He's a 1950s midwestern forensic scientist. He will accept literally anyone into his family. He endlessly forgives as an attack measure against his villains. He and those villains played Santa together. He is the paragon of hope and the heart of the universe. He rambles at Batman about cold cases. He is the cosmic avatar for time and when they say he runs them all to the future that's super literal. He gives his friends Terrible relationship advice. Everyone loves him his family would do anything for him. His mere existence determines the status of a universe and he can change it in an instant. He thinks he's some normal guy on the justice league. He can connect himself to every living thing on Earth and change their standing in time. He marvels in space at the Earth wondering if Clark feels like 'this' everytime he stares down

Thad's eyes widen at the question.

"I don't, uh,–I don't have–Nnnnn," His mind reels for a moment as he stammers trying to find his words and trying to fight his conflicting thoughts of whether he should deny the accusation or not. But...even he couldn't deny that he had some feelings for the other clone now. Though he certainly wanted to.

It was one thing to realize it, and whole other to admit it aloud.

He looks away. His arms are crossed high and tight upon his chest in a defensive posture, while an undeniable blush has settled on his cheeks, "I...I might have a...a bit of a crush. A tiny bit of one." He grumbles out with a pout on his lips.
