Happy New Year, everyone!!🎉✨ I hope you are ready to go roaring into 2024! To kickstart the year, I wanted to share some of the watercolour commissions I painted for Comic Fiesta 2023 last year! ❤️
I decided that I wanted to challenge myself by attempting different character designs and then painting them traditionally. After having completed my food zine, "Tales of Hearth and Home", I felt my soul was longing to get back to playing with watercolours again. Plus, it was also a way of giving back to my community, so thank you to everyone who cooperated with me for each piece!
It was definitely a fun ride! I gotta admit though, I was nervous at first, but by the end, I felt my confidence and skill had grown exponentially so that's a bonus! ❤️
Over the next few days, I'll be uploading all of my finished commissions for Comic Fiesta in batches, and tagging clients in the description so please bear with me!

I've admired this preview for so long, but wasn't able to get the zine back in the day. If you could point me to any place I could see the full image, I'd be grateful, if not, have a great 2024! I was just overcome with nostalgia for the ship that got me into joining zines myself, is all :)

A while back, I felt inspired to pick up my brushes and give poster paint a go. So I made a series of goofy-looking fruits and veggies! I loved giving them personalities by playing around with all kinds of shapes and designs😂
Here's hoping they put a smile on your face too! :3

One of my favourite scenes that takes place in the original game. The gentle and patient way Tifa helps piece Cloud together after he suffers a breakdown always touches my heart. She's truly such a lovely character. And it was nice to see the real Cloud after that... That shy Nibelheim boy. ♥️ Hope you like this piece!!
