i wish i had a floating evil skull to follow me around and when we went to the grocery store she would say something like my liege we must purchase the strawberry cream cheese for the coming days and i would be like oh fuck youre so right and put it in my cart and then we would walk down the next aisle together our beautiful life
I started following a book/course called the artists way and it suggests doing morning pages which is where you write down 3 pages of stream of consciousness. I’ve been doing it for 2 days now, but they make my actual hatred of life come to fruition when I write them down and then I have a shit day… so I’m thinking maybe I shouldn’t be doing morning pages lol - usually I ignore the horrible thoughts until I’ve had food and a cup of tea and then I can usually push them away and focus on on other stuff but morning pages is like wham bam in your face here’s all of the horror
Has anyone else done or is doing the artists way?
