Blog Info, About the Muse, & RP Schedule

This is a side blog, so follows will be from @fallxnprxnce​.

I have a weekly schedule (see below) to divide activity for all my currently active RP blogs. Outside of a few exceptions if I get inspiration for something, I will only be posting for blogs on their scheduled days. You can send me asks, memes, and reply to threads on off days, but I may wait to respond until that blog is scheduled. Note: I'm a night owl, so most of my writing is done between 9PM and 5AM (EST).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE MUSE: My Vision is canon divergent in that he includes some headcanons (particularly about abilities, anatomy, and what he actually is) that were not canon in the MCU. {out of equations} I don't have much to do for Vision this week, and since I got on here ridiculously late, I think I'm going to focus on Wanda and Pietro tonight. I have to see about writing some more starters or something to get things rolling here again. Next week I'll be on hiatus for the start of classes, but then after that I should be back regularly. =)

Vision turned the moment he heard a voice near to him. "I- Am I? Thank you," he said graciously, albeit awkwardly, taking it as a compliment, but then he stared innocently for a moment. "So are you," he blurted out before he could think better of it. She was absolutely beautiful, but beyond that, he could not identify her species, and that intrigued him. "N-not that I-... It was not my intention to be rude, I only meant that... I have never seen anyone who looked quite like you before."

Since she seemed interested, though, Vision sought to explain a little about what he was. "I am a synthezoid. A synthetic lifeform. I was created as I am now, instead of being naturally born of another and growing to adulthood." He smiled and cut himself off there, lest he begin to ramble. "May I ask what you are?" he asked with immense curiosity.

"And to you as well," Vision whispered with tender affection. Rather than going to any parties their various friends and comrades were throwing that night, they had opted to have a quiet night in, just the two of them. He leaned to touch his forehead to Wanda's, even as the mind stone glowed warmly, reacting to his emotion. "I love you, Wanda," he whispered, relishing this time with her. Noisy parties were sometimes fun, but he'd take a quiet evening with his love over that any day.

{out of equations} I would say either a teacher of some kind, maybe a university professor, or a museum docent. Vision loves information, but even more so, he enjoys getting excited about information and teaching it to others, especially if he can get them just as excited about it as well.

I don't know what subject he'd want to teach if he became a professor, because there are far too many that he loves (physics, astronomy, chemistry, engineering, botany, history, literature, so many, heh), but he'd really enjoy teaching people about whatever subject he chose. I think he'd be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professor, and also very approachable, since he loves talking to and engaging with humans.

And museums are just... candy stores for Vision, haha. He patronizes them on a regular basis just for fun, so imagine if someone said hey do you want to actually show people around and explain things to them while they're here? The level of excitement that would follow from him after that question would be nothing short of adorable. =)

When Vision saw someone hovering over the regeneration cradle, his eyes widened a bit. Although he did not recognize this person, at least he had someone's attention. He continued to wave, though the person seemed just peer at him curiously. Did they not know he was a living being? Were they afraid? Why weren't they helping him to get out of the cradle? It was rather coffin-like and making Vision a tad bit nervous.

Vision's eyes flickered open, and momentary confusion set in. Where was he? What was happening? It looked like the ceiling in one of the laboratories in the Avengers compound, but how could that be? He was- His eyes widened as it all came flooding back. Thanos. The mind stone. Wanda! Sitting up suddenly, Vision was only able to incline himself partway before he slammed his forehead on clear glass in front of him. "Oh!" he shouted in surprise, now seeing a spider's web of cracks before him. He touched his fingertips to the cracked glass before his eyes looked around at the small enclosure he appeared to be trapped in.

The Wakandans had been successful in removing the mind stone from Vision's forehead in time, and without killing him. However, although he was still alive, he fell into a dormant state of perpetual sleep from which he could not be awakened. Kept alive by computers and an array of other machines, Vision was cared for in Wakanda for a while before being transported back to the United States once Tony Stark felt well enough to try his hand at repairing whatever was wrong with Vision.

But that was just it. Everything had already been reconnected, revised, and rebuilt around the stone's cradle. A new power source had been installed. Everything, physically at least, was in working order... and yet Vision slept. Or at least, the synthezoidal equivalent of sleep, which was at its most basic definition, like switching to a power-saving mode on a supercomputer. With nothing physically wrong with Vision that Tony could see, he began to do some troubleshooting on the digital side of things.

All of Visions databanks were intact and undamaged as far as Tony could tell. Everything that made Vision Vision should have been there. Frustratingly, several attempts at jolting him awake or otherwise stimulating CPU activity had failed. Vision was essentially in a coma without a clear indication as to why. Tony hadn't given up on Vision, but without more of an understanding on what the problem was, he was at an intellectual and research standstill. And so Vision remained in the laboratory of the Avengers compound, maintained but otherwise dormant...

...until now. Bewildered by the fact that, as far as he perceived it, he had been in Wakanda seconds ago and now he was encased in a regeneration cradle back in New York. Seeing someone nearby, Vision began waving his hands, inasmuch as he could inside the cradle, to get their attention. He could simply break the glass, but... if that could be avoided...

{out of equations} I'm going to try to get Vision going here again, but I'm also still trying to find my writer's brain after surgery, so bear with me. I might be a bit slow at first, but I think now is a good time to rouse him. I'm feeling my creativity returning and Vision is waking up finally after several months of being totally quiet, so I'm excited to start writing him again! =)
