friends and followers, you can now tip me!!! :D

i'm a disabled queer creator, poet, and novelist out of work; currently, my "full-time job" is writing, both my own personal works and the fanfiction i post on here.

i'm a small blog, but if anything that i've posted or fic i've written has brought you joy or enhanced your fandom experience, please consider leaving me a tip!💝 it would help me out a lot, even the smallest amount, and it'll mean that i'll be able to devote even more time to giving y'all the content you crave 🥰

if you can, help a frog out <3

ok since tumblr is removing profile pics from the dash, I'm resurrecting early 2000's forum behavior and adding a custom signature to all my posts. this maintains user recognition and is a vast improvement to this site.

tbh, using them in basic reblogs is probably the best way this concept would work to show the staff that people care about visual indicators of who put it on ur dash on all reblogs, as currently the icon and visual identity is in tact on the post & on the dash only if you are the OP or if you reblog with commentary.

if staff want to de-personalise the dash experience, then maybe we need to collectively throw away the "ew keep your commentary in the tags if it doesn't add anything to the post 🙄" mentality (that has imo made this place a lot quieter than it used to be in years past), whether that means reblogging annoyingly with fake forum signatures on everything we reblog or by just adding our thoughts and commentary in the body of the post instead of in the tags.

be loud, be brash, but still be mindful and respectful of the OP, especially if it's on stuff like art, where it would be better to keep it to comments and compliments instead of shitpost signature graphics etc.

this moderna commercial just went "the pandemic may be over, but covid 19 isnt going anywhere. covid is still among the top 5 leading causes of death"... wow... its almost like the pandemic isnt over.

"the pandemic is over but also COVID is among the top 5 leading causes of death" this is really just how it is in this dystopian capitalist hellscape.

an unspoken promise...

the complex relationship between these two is one of my favorites in the entire game, at least in the light of my own interpretation. there are so many layers to whatever is going on between them, it's like a mutual silent agreement, trust and distrust at the same time, both know they are technically enemies, yet childe would hand the literal manifestation of his life ambition over to the traveller for safekeeping. i think it's a very special, interesting relationship built on unspoken promises and a kind of fragile, delicate trust that, despite being very deep, could also vanish in a literal second if it came to it. a very thin line between friends and enemies, something in-between yet more meaningful than either

One of the key components of klance that I think is often missed in fics or other fan content is the fact that both Keith and Lance have to be equally invested in the smallest most insignificant bullshit. Too often I see Keith being depicted as begrudgingly going along with lances rivalry stuff and you are fools if you depict him like that. He is just as invested, if not more in the insignificant bullshit as Lance is.

Stop depicting Keith as a begrudging participant and start depicting him as what he truly is: big of heart and dumb of ass
