Sad news coming out of the sims community today. We have learned of the passing of LeeFish. This is a sad loss for the community, she was a wonderful person and talented creator. May she forever rest in peace ♥♥
I never knew her personally but she always seemed so friendly.. I am truly sad to hear this..
I managed to fix the crashing and as per your requests, prepared the lot for download. I had to remove objects that block the sims and hence render doors inaccessible. I removed some cc to avoid TOU violations and tried to minimize the amount of cc to prevent possible conflicts. Marino - Part 1 My entry for “From The Ground Up” contest in Simpearls. I managed to finish it just before it is closed, battling with many tasks in real life and pink harbringers of doom in The Sims.. It was such a rush, so much so that i forgot to recolor some items, including books in kitchen..lol

Telephone booth mirror is from Buffsumm’s “Tavita Very British” living room set. It was converted to TS2 but i couldnt find further details. White stove is from BPS, made by Stef. 13pumpkin has a link to mesh and made beautiful recolors of it here

Hi there people :) As per your requests, i’m preparing the lots i have built and decorated before. The first one is the request champion: Brazil, aka Modern Beach House from September 2015. House is a 2-bedroom luxurious beach lot; totally unfurnished, ready for your own design adventure. I have tested it with a sim, she was able to go every part of it; hence i’m guessing it’s ok :)

Hello! I'm in love with your urban coffee house and I was wondering wcif the display case on one the counters that has the desserts in it?
Hi there :)It’s called Decra-chill Display and it arrived with OFB pack. I placed one on an OMSP ( from SilentLucidity’s set here ) and lifted it up to level it with the counters. So you dont see the bottom part. Hope this helps :)
