Aleksa Mikhailova 28 Fighter Bookseller Succubus She/Her

There were so many new species out in the world that Posey just wasn’t aware of and she should know better then just to assume things but she hadn’t learnt that lesson yet; “Thank you for forgiving me. I didn’t mean to assume things for which I apologise” giving the other a kindred smile in an exchange; “That’s really interesting. I wouldn’t consider you spawn but would you say you’re more of a female demon?” tilting her head to the side.

“No... not necessarily. I mean, I was born and raised here. I didn’t come from hell, I’m not inhabiting this body. This is my body.” Aleksa gestured to herself and sighed. One hand reached up to gently push her hair back from her face. “I like to think of myself more as... I don’t know, a broad term of fae? But a lot of people believe fae are similar to nephilim. That we share one human parent and one... not... human parent. But as far as I’m aware, it’s speculation. All I know is that I’m me.”

Bastian hummed softly, unsure of how much he should share. “Well…” He began slowly. “Sometimes the sex is better that way.”

“Wait... sex?” Aleksa couldn’t help the surprise in her voice as she crossed her arms over her chest. “Are you an incubus?”

She nodded slowly, not fully understanding.  “That nice feeling helps you heal up?”  Lizzie didn’t get it, but it really did feel amazing, plus it would help her new friend, so she didn’t see a problem with it.  Her features turned more resolved, her nod more firm.  “Okay.”  Glancing around she noticed a bench.  “Could we sit down?  It made my legs a little shaky.”
imageimage
“Well... sort of.” Aleksa pursed her lips. “The feeling is more of a benefit to you. I heal in... other ways.” She grinned, stepping closer before she paused. Her bright gaze flickered around her surroundings before it settled on a nearby bench. “Over here.” Her hand wrapped around Lizzie’s and she gently guided her towards the bench before she sat down and tugged the other with her.

“I’m not afraid of the danger.” Gabriel replied. It was her hautiness talking but the archangel couldn’t care less. She tried to watch the other cricling her. Gabriel nodded. “How do I pay with this energy?” She asked. Making sure she cold pay her as soon as possible.“Is it a currency?” Gabriel’s eagerness was going to get the archangel killed these days.

The question, the genuine innocence of it, made Aleksa smile. “No, it’s not currency. Though we’ll treat it as such.” She adjusted the bag on her shoulder then nodded. “Come on. There’s a pub nearby. We can talk about it there. More relaxed environment, out of the street, all that. Yeah?”

The moment that the other woman moved to get out of the water, Aleksa shift and pushed herself to the side, giving her a wide birth. “A genetic presdisposition?” Her head tipped, ponytail falling down her back as she thought about it. “I’ve never heard that... I mean, I know some languages are easier to pick up once you know one. Like Latin languages...” She glanced over. “I was taught Spanish here in America, and I can vaguely understand similar languages.”

“Oh shit, that’s your first language?  That’s awesome.”  The more people he met the more James realized he really did live in such a small world.  “Manga?  Ain’t that like comics?”
He got that.  Maybe he was a bit too jaded to read the happy stuff, but he could see why it was appealing.  “Better than Harry Potter?  Does that mean it’s about a magic school or something?”  James really only knew about it from his sister and best friend.  They were really into that kinda shit.
imageimage
“Slightly different. It’s more about different worlds and alternate realities than a school of magic. And I was born just outside of Moscow. My English is passable, but I still search for words on occasion. The other day I couldn’t remember the word ‘hot tub’. Go figure.” She let out a quiet laugh then turned, leading the man down a different aisle. “But yes, similar to comics. But it’s a Japanese style of storytelling.” They stopped before a colorful wall of small bound books. She searched for a moment then tugged one out, handing it over. “This is by Ito. I say give it a shot. See if you like it?”

“Oh man, ever try any of that foreign stuff?  Someone recommended these Japanese authors to me and that shit was wild.”  At her admission James gave a soft smile.  “Eh, nothing wrong with what you like.  I’ll admit it ain’t for me, but you like what you like.  Got a favorite book?”
imageimage
“Actually, yes. I read Russian quite a bit, but that’s because it’s my first language. But if we’re talking Japanese horror... Junji Ito is where it’s at. He’s a horror manga author, one of the best there is. I would definitely recommend his stuff if you’re looking to branch out a bit.” Her arms dropped and crossed over her chest. “I guess it’s the optimism in them, honestly. It’s nice to disappear into every now and then. But my favorite... It’s probably a series I read when I was a kid. It’s called Pendragon by D.J. Machale. Honestly, I think it’s better than Harry Potter.”

What was Posey suppose to think when she mentioned being able to feed would restore her injuries. The fact that she wanted to feed in the first place was one of the biggest give away for her but apparently she stood in-corrected; “Oh I’m sorry for assuming that. I’m not very knowledgeable in superhuman beings” feeling really unintelligent right now. She should have known better to never assume things; “Can I ask what you are if that’s okay?”
imageimage
“It’s alright. Most people aren’t. Hell, most people thought we were just scary stories until recently so... I think you can be forgiven.” Aleksa lift a hand, looking at her knuckles and the small amounts of blood caked between them. A beat later though, she dropped the appendage back to her side. “I’m a succubus. Some call me demonic spawn, others call me fae. I call me... me.” She shrugged.

Lizzie took the hand and shook it enthusiastically.  “If you ever need anything Aleksa I’m your girl.”  She was in pure bliss at this moment.  So many demonic creatures were in this town, and it made her so very happy.  For the first time in a long time the witch didn’t feel alone.
imageimage
“That is a very sweet offer, Lizzie. One I may just take you up on.” Aleksa grinned, showing perhaps a bit more teeth than was strictly necessary. “Actually... if I provide that feeling you seemed rather fond of, how do you feel about helping me out with these scrapes and bruises? I’d like to go get a drink, but I can’t walk into a pub looking like I just walked out of a brawl at another one.”

He heard her voice then glanced up at her. “Go ahead.” There weren’t many seats open in the pub tonight after all. “I’m about to leave anyway.” The angel picked up his own drink and downed it.
imageimage
“Oh, no. No need to leave on my account. I just needed a place to sit. Long night.” The glass slid across the table top, her fingers delicately pushing it back and forth between her hands. “Though you don’t seem the type that should be sitting in the shadows alone and to yourself. On your way to a hot date?”

𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝘩𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝘩𝑒𝑟 𝘩𝑒𝑎𝑑, there was no need to be sorry —— LITERALLYdon’t be. my father was a nightmare and while i wish i had more time with my mother, i learned that nothing is strong enough to change the past.and that was not even a complete lie. god was an asshole and she enjoyed possessing younger meatsuits with loving moms, but there was not a thing in the world that could truly SOOTHE the darkness that burned inside of her. you are welcome to use it around me.the female smiled. and i’m lily. it’s nice to meet you.
“Pleasure is mine, Lily.” Aleksa replied quietly. Her fingers moved to absent trace through the grass and dirt beneath her. “I wish I’d known my parents. But alas, that would have been another life, no? And I will certainly take you up on that. The Russian, thing. Because it is... easier. A lot easier. English is a complicated language.”

𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑡 𝘩𝑒𝑟 and it seemed like she genuinely shared the female’s EXCITEMENT, though she was merely basking in her own intelligence. she made the right decision when she possessed an angel, no one could deny that. Да. не то чтобы я использовал его очень часто.lilith swam closer now, placing both hands on the edge before she rested her chin on them. my mother’s family was russian, мы переехали, когда я был маленьким, but she always wanted me to remember. i honored that wish, even after she died.and just like this, she was starting to spin a perfect human story. it almost made her feel GLAD that she encountered this woman.
“I’m... very sorry to hear that.” Aleksa murmured softly. She knew something of what it was to lose family. Hell, she’d never really even known her own. Not biologically, at least. And her adoptive family had all but disowned her. So really, she knew the feeling of loss at not having any family to turn to. “But it is nice to find someone else who speaks the language. It’s rare, sadly. And nice to actually be able to use my native tongue.” She her posture shift when the other swam closer, leaning forward so her elbow met her knees. “My name is Aleksa, by the way.”
