        with baseball aside ,  sugino does try his best when it comes to homework and is aiming for a good grade.  he really does !  but maybe willpower alone doesnt and might not actually help him w that . 15 minutes with a book and a pencil , half an hour throwing his baseball to the wall after . another 15 minutes studying math ,  he moves to the living room watching tv still bringing his book believing he could study and watch a baseball match at the same time ( which he horribly failed )  on some occasions , this will drag on until the deadline night where he FINALLY pour all his attention to his work .

#this is me projecting iJSDOISJD#this habit of his however is slowly disappearing as the series goes on#but will eventually does it at times#headcanon /
