FMA Live Action (Possible) Release Information

Today, several US and Canadian websites have published the what’s released on Netflix in February 2018 article and Fullmetal Alchemist is on the list.

Based on the information available, the live action movie (assuming they are not talking about the anime movies) is slated to be released on February 19 as a Netflix Original. We don’t know if there will be an official confirmation but if we see it, we will post it on the blog.

Netflix has been getting into the film business the past couple of years. They have both funded original film productions and bought exclusive distribution rights to films (usually foreign films). Both these types of projects are billed as Netflix Original and should be available to all countries that carry Netflix (around 190) on the same day. That said, I don’t know there are three formats for the film, so it may still get a separate theatrical release. We don’t have any information on that and will let you know if we hear anything.

Please support the film by viewing it on Netflix as soon as possible. Netflix is very interested in viewership numbers.

You’re welcome! The mega account should be free for download, but there’s a minimum quota download if you don’t have an account. You can make an account for free to download it though. Just sign up and fill in your email address and password, then your mega account is ready to go :) we might try adding a googledrive link soon since there’s a lot of people asking for it
