Health issues are piling up and my benefits have been cut or will be cut in the near future, which will leave me paying full costs of psychotherapy and physical therapy. I've needed both of them every other week but I'm already considering cutting them down to once a month. I also really should get regular massages before every PT appointment but I haven't in years. Because money.
