I came late into the fan fic writing game. It started as a way for me to cope with the Glee series ending. I still miss the characters and show so much so I am still writing. Most (but not all) of my fics revolve around Klaine.

FTH 2019 Signups are now open!

And we’re off! The third – and, we hope, the biggest and best yet – year of the Fandom Trumps Hate auction is officially open for signups. Even if you’ve participated in FTH in prior years, please read our FAQ. We’re always trying to learn from past experiences and oversights, so some things have changed from the first (and even the second) year. A few notable changes from last year: 1) We are hosting the auction on Dreamwidth this year. We’ll be cross-posting stuff on tumblr, but DW is going to be our home base. Come visit us in our new nipple-affirming home! 2) Our whole calendar has been pushed back by about a month, relative to the past two years. You can check out this year’s full calendar here. 3) We have changed the list of non-profit organizations we are   supporting, as well as the way that creators can identify organizations to support. Please read about it here. Because this year’s organizations are all small operations, at least a few of them are likely to be unfamiliar to you. To help everyone get to know these amazing groups a little better, we will be posting about each of them in turn. So watch this space for those introduction posts over the next week or so.

Yes! Kingsman fans (or anyone who creates for a fandom didn’t include): please show up, and show us our oversight! We’re always going to forget something important—there are just too many fandoms out there for us to have a handle on all of them—but we won’t forget a massive creator turnout from the year before.

That being said: don’t worry if your fandom isn’t on the list on the signup form. You have the option of adding it, and it will be treated just the same as the listed fandoms, with its own searchable tag.

We will also be running a series of small fandom feature posts to call attention to those fandoms that have only a few fanworks on offer. So don’t worry about offering for a small fandom! We will do our best to make sure it’s on everyone’s radar. Start looking for those Small Fandom Features after signups close.

Klaine Advent Complete!

Hello Friends;

I have just finished publishing my contribution for this year’s Klaine Advent to AO3. It is now complete with 24 chapters, and is the 12th installment in the Anywhere You Want To Take Me verse.

Advent 2018

I did it, although I still have major editing to do. Once I’ve done that I will post it. Right now, before editing, it’s more than 50K words, which I can’t believe. It’s my very first advent so I’m happy with that.

I’ve written it for my Anywhere You Want To Take Me verse. If you’re a fan, then you’re in for a treat. If you haven’t read it and want to, you can start at the beginning of the series Here. (mind the tags)

So … both of my blogs (theygettogetherintheend and fearlesslysgleefics) have been marked as explicit. I presume it’s because of my SUPER RACY AND PORNY avatars of two boys kissing. That in and of itself is infuriating, but what makes it worse is that TODAY I received (YET ANOTHER) unsolicited porn follower, and Tumblr thinks that’s ok.

I will follow the rules as far as nudity and porn goes (although I don’t agree), but I will be damned if I delete any posts containing (what should be mainstream) LGBTQ+ content, like two boys kissing. If that gets me deleted then so be it.
