In the manga, Erwin used to have a crush on a female (who is now Nile’s wife) during his cadet years. But I don’t think it “confirms” anything of his sexuality. The information about Marco is probably just made up by fans.
Erwin is indeed straight and to my knowledge was still in love with her. At least from what we see from the Smartpass, which is sort of canon as it gets the thumbs up from Isayama. As for Marco, I never saw Isayama say anything about his sexuality yet and as Suniuz said it was most likely a fan thing.
Actually the original Japanese translation stated that Erwin was “charmed” by Marie. Not in love. He was also ~15yo at the time they met as he had yet to join the SC. I don’t think it confirms anything.
