Frigga took a bite of her cake, before taking a sip of her tea. As prim and proper as always by not spilling a bite or drop. “Loki, look if you spend your life trying to please Odin, my dear son, you shall be miserable, because he does not see you as you wish. He will not change. But you can.” She leaned in and kissed Loki’s forehead.
“As for the warriors three and Lady Sif, why do their opinions matter? For I love you, and I know Thor does. Even if sometimes he and his friends pull the act of having to have his little brother along being annoying. How many times have you saved them from being reckless?” Frigga set her tea down and took Loki’s free hand, a comforting touch and soft purr leaving her. “You are different because that is how you are meant to be, Loki. It is not as much of a bad thing as you claim, you are my smart and talented son, who takes after his mother.” Frigga gave him a loving smile.
“Not everyone sees as I do or you see yourself, darling, but perhaps you shall find yourself an alpha who sees you for you and adores that. Loves you for that. For now though, try and think of the positive things in your life, and strengthen your mind and body in the way only you can. Your strengths are great ones, and they will compliment someone else’s but also cover that person’s weaknesses one day. While that person’s strengths and weaknesses shall do the same for you.”
