Murderbot not thinking “whatever” every time it pretends not to care about something challenge (impossible)

I’m hopeful about the murderbot diaries being adapted into a tv show and I’ll reserve my judgements until it’s out (or at least the first trailer lol). Look how good the expanse turned out! And alexander skarsgård totally has the range to play an agender asexual sometimes competent/ sometimes a total dumbass robot person thing.

Because after 7 books and 3 short stories, isn’t optimism in the face of bleak reality the whole point? Anyway, I’m happy for martha wells and I’m praying she has a heavy hand in the adaptation 🙏

It’s going to end up spirk vs wangxian, mark my words. Two historic legends, icons, titans of fandom. Truly there are no losers here 😔
