Cloud stopped... He hadn’t expected that kind of reaction out of Sephiroth, but he couldn’t exactly say he was terribly surprised by it. He took a step back, wrapping arms around himself in defense. He wasn’t even entirely sure why he was mad or why he was taking it out of him. 

“I...” Make eyes looked up at the taller man, apologetic. “I don’t hate you...”
