Sat on this sketch of Crosshair for longer than expected. All because I don't like coloring things.

He has arms, they're tucked inside the front part of the kimono. I was going to add more to this to explain how it works, but my brain went 'no we're not doing that today' so I may revisit it at some point.

Interrupting my WIP meme game to slap down some really funky sketches of Echo and Wrecker because WOW drawing is terrible (I'm being sarcastic, but really - is it not???)

I don't know if I'm the weirdo or if anyone else gets this, but I can tell when something isn't coming out right with the lines. It's like my hands readily betray me by pretending they'll put out the quality I'm trying to produce through them. And the pens and paper side with them. :|

So some background: there was an action pose art meme prompt list I was trying to fill in years ago and one of them was the prompt "singing." A singer would have been simple, but no, I tried to push the pose with props and a Jigglypuff.

In a way, I was trying to create a tribute to a cousin who passed the year before. At the time, I felt like it wasn't coming out right. I then stowed it away and kind of forgot about it for years afterward, only intermittently remembering its state of undone-ness when I poked through the rest of my files.

Heyo! Aw, thank you! These have been sitting in my folders and I mostly forget to clear off what I don't really need. Don't feel too bad, I totally get how that feels! The rest of my WIPs aren't even fully formed yet, so hopefully (hopefully) they're put down onto something soon once I find a way out of the weirdness. /gestures

ANYHOO let's get back on track and go with the badbatch_karaoke file! It's pretty straightforward: I lurked for a bit in a Bad Batch chat and there was a thing about prompts. Obviously one was about the Bad Batch having a karaoke night.

...Maybe I should actually post the whole thing at some point >:|a I"m still kind of 'eh' at the way I was drawing them at the time, but y'know /more gestures, it's there

-ER. Hi there! :D Just popping in to say that I'm still around. I've recently acquired a new laptop as an early birthday present to me and here we are three weeks later! I'm still trying to set things up! It's very annoying and I'm dragging my feet with some of the other details BUT it's functional and faster than my other laptop and BOY is it different.

You know you've been out of the laptop loop for years when you find out that they've done away with fans and switched to digital... >_>;;;;

ANYHOO, thanks for passing through and picking at my art stuff! I've been in a slump (?) and busy with work, so things haven't actually translated back into drawing energy just yet. Hopefully it will get there! And I hope all of you are doing alright! Keep on trucking!
