You know what y’all, I’m gonna be real, I’m broke and I’m schizophrenic and I am in desperate need of therapy and/or medication. It’s almost every single night for the past three months that my psychotic features peak and I am left crying and yelling at myself because of the distress and chaos that goes on in my head. It’s all incredibly exhausting, It’s embarrassing, and debilitating and this is probably the absolute worst I’ve ever had to deal with as far as my psychotic features tbh. I am completely out of ways to try to deescelate by myself, and the pain that this is causing me is too much to bear. I cannot afford copays or meds right now, I have $4 to my name after paying rent, anything would help, please

I haven’t said anything about my family situation on tumblr and have only told a few choice friends on here but welp. Here I am ready to ebeg 🥵
A piece of equipment fell on my foot and it’s been difficult to stand on. My doctor thinks my big toe might be fractured but that won’t be seen until Tuesday (9/3) when I go in for my x ray appointment. For now I’ve been ordered to stay off my feet and use crutches when absolutely necessary.
The good news is that my employer is paying for all my medical bills. The medication, the x rays, etc. are all paid for through their insurance. The bad news is I’ll be missing work for a week or more depending on the severeity of the injury. My new agm does NOT know what paperwork to go through and I had to basically walk her through getting me into the referral process for our work’s medical insurance to see an employer approved doctor. She has told me point blank she does not know what paperwork to go through for me to be paid while I’m off.
Unfortunately, while this was all happening, my father got into a trucking accident on Friday (8/23). His big rip flipped over and he was ejected from his seat belt and nearly went out the passenger window, shattering his shoulder blade and fracturing the humeral head of his right arm. We are currently in the process of suing because his claims department has been fumbling his paper work and he has not pulled through to get him the IMMEDIETTE SURGERY (it’s been over a WEEK) AND PAYMENT HE IS OWED so money has been tight. I have been the only person able to take my siblings to school, but because of my foot and my dad unable to drive, I can’t take them any longer without being in immense pain.

There are basically only the laptops left on Leola’s wishlist. Leolas has two 17 year old half Lakota half Black granddaughters who are both going to college next year. So! The new lease on my apartment starts on september first. We (my roommates and I) have 2 pay first and last on september first. Because I literally dont make enough from my minimum wage job to afford that, I need help.
I need to come up with $445 by september first to cover my share of rent (not including other really urgent expenses, like $30 for my electricity bill, and at least $40+ to pay to have the pantry in the apartment deep cleaned). Obviously theres not a lot of time and $445 is a lot of money, but I'd like to get as close as I physically can to that goal (one of my roommates has very kindly offered to cover whatever I can't pay). I'm going to try and pick up work doing housecleaning for people between now and then, but thanks to chronic illness and the fact that my anxiety has been the worst its been in a while lately, there is no guarantee that I'll be able to handle all that while also working full time.

Hey, I know things look scary with the Rain Forest burning and all that and it is indeed grimm and i’m aware this is mostly the fault of corporations and far-right President Jair Bolsonaro but here’s some things you can do to help even a little.
Everything helps even a little I know its tempting to fall into despair and this is not the fault of the common man but even a little helps and if nothing please reblog this to spread the message.
Some of the products that contain palm oil and the alternative names for palm oil. Our environment is being destroyed by our planet's overconsumption of palm oil because it's cheap and easy to grow. The harm far outweighs the benefits to us and it's time to make a change in how we eat so that we can protect our rainforests, the people and creatures indigenous to the rainforests, and our own breath. The Amazon is responsible for producing 20% of the oxygen we all breathe. Please if you eat a lot of junk food, try to scale back and eat more whole foods.
I was deeply saddened to hear this. I really do, like many others, feel like I lost a close loved one. Her works were so thought provoking and formative for me, she was an inspiration and is one of the reasons I write.

i went to the bookstore and went all out, re-buying the books i’ve loved and picking up the ones i haven’t yet read. what a loss.
For the past couple of months I’ve been paying rent late, and I had a non written agreement with my landlord that I would pay half of $900 every two weeks, $500 the first two weeks and then $400 take next, but my job has been cutting most of my days at work and between that and my dogs very expensive seizure meds it’s not cutting.
Because this is subletting month to month half of my housing rights aren’t taken into consideration here. She wants me out in a week because I’ve practically only paid for the first half of the month...
I have no clue where I’m going I have a big dog with me and it seems like dogs are not welcomed anywhere in la.
The best I can do rn is go to a cheap motel but that’s at lease $70 a night..
I don’t talk with my family since I came out I have no safety net and I’m terrified.
I actually have less than a week, and I’m working for most of it

Hey everyone! I know I JUST made a few posts but stuff keeps changing/happening and I hate having posts that are super long.
So some absolutely GREAT news?
I got another job offer and I'm 100% taking this job which starts Monday the 5th.
The not so good news?
Rent is due the day I start my new job and I have no idea when I'll first get paid or what kind of cycle it's on.
I should make a decent enough amount that I'll be able to afford things once work really kicks in but I still need help right now.
Rent is $450 and I need about $200 for utilities given the overdue amount that may have them shut things off. I also am really hoping to get my nails done before I start (I just broke one today 😩) so I can go in looking professional for both staff and customers. This would be about $40.
I can always use a little bit for gas and food myself and I did get cat supplies the other day, my boy does indeed seem SO much better, so thank you all!!!

So I discovered we get paid every 2 weeks and on Mondays so I definitely need help with rent as I'll be a week late the earliest potential pay date.
It's also now the 2nd and I need at least another $100 to put on my utilities ASAP or I risk them being turned off. And with it being so hot I can't let that happen (which is also why the bills so high. Look who's most at risk with global warming lol)
